Hello to all of our friends in South Florida,

Want to learn how to gain flexibility and strength while protecting your tendons and ligaments? Join me in beautiful Boca Raton with Yoga Journey on February 11 and 12. I will be introducing the very latest techniques from evidence based practice on the science of stretching. You will learn the theoretical basis of loaded stretching, PNF and static stretching and how to combine these different techniques to obtain the maximum benefit for you and your students. I'm going to present some of the recent advances that have been published in the Sports Medicine literature, explain what they mean in clear terms and then teach you how to use these new discoveries in actual practice as well as many other skills for combining Western science and yoga. Look forward to see you there!
