I am one of the lucky ones that started at Bar Method Boulder when it opened back in 2009. 8 Years later it is still not only one of my most favorite workouts but most challenging as well. From the mo...ment you walk into the door to the moment you try to walk out with shaking legs from a tough class the experience is great! From the colors in the studio, the fun music mixes, the always challenging classes, the different personalities of instructors, the fun games and contests always happening, the bond you make with fellow bar buddies as you finish a near impossible thigh set and can share a thankful "ahhh" when it is over... Just keeps getting better and better!!! See More

Bar method is a great workout, isolating and toning specific muscle groups in a targeted way. Bar method Boulder is a really friendly, welcoming studio. The teachers and the owner are very knowledgeab...le, always ready to make helpful suggestions on how to improve your form. While friendly and helpful, I love that they will challenge you to do the best you can do. Bar method Boulder is also a community of wonderful women of all ages, shapes, and sizes, taking classes with whom is fun, motivating, and challenging in the most satisfying way. See More

Although each session is regimented, the workouts are ALWAYS challenging. The attention and care that instructors pay to maintaining good form and posture makes me confident I can push myself to my fu...llest potential without the fear of injuring myself. I have found the more I continue to go, my technique improves allowing me to get more out of each workout. Every single employee here is kind and welcoming and wants to help you be the best version of yourself. I know when I step through the doors I am not going to be judged, only welcomed and encouraged. I had a hard time forcing myself to do exercise or yoga for several years and was sadly out of shape. I was thinking maybe it was too late - perhaps I’d never get it back again. I couldn’t stick to an...ything. In June I went to try a class at Bar Method Boulder. From the start I was captivated by the wholesome feel, the freshness of the perfectly air- and temperature-controlled space, and the beauty of the mirrored and carpeted studio. I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The instructors turned out to be impeccably trained to elucidate every move we make while gently correcting positioning errors that could hold us back. I love the pace, the clarity and the music. After only 2 weeks I began to notice the first changes... things getting firmed up and slimmed down. It continues to be so, and all I have to do is show up! Just looking at the instructors inspires me to keep going, and having their guidance is a lot like having a personal trainer. If you pay for unlimited monthly and go almost every day, each class comes to less than $3! See More

Best workout studio in Boulder! The workouts are challenging, instructors energetic, fun and motivating, and the studio/community is great. I enjoy heading to my Bar Method class and always leave feel...ing stronger and ready to take on my day. I came to my first bar class in November 2014 after working with back pain that wasn't relieved for more than a few days by stretching, massage, or chiropractic care. A friend suggested that I needed ...to do more core and upper back strengthening and my clients told me to try Bar Method. Within my first three classes my back pain was gone and has continued to stay away! Added bonuses include being stronger than ever this ski season and the workout being really fun- and fast! Since classes are only an hour and they have so many option I can always fit one into my schedule. See More
