I recently opened a new mortgage with Barrington. In attempting to enroll in online banking, I quickly realized that I did not have the account number that the registration page was asking for. I ha...d my loan number, but apparently that account number was something different. After calling three different customer service numbers a total of six times, customer service finally gave me the number of someone at a local branch ("Adam"). Adam was very helpful, telling that I simply needed to add a "-1" to my loan number to make it an account number. Simple answer, but frustrated with what felt like the run-around by customer service that it took to get that answer. See More
