This was a wonderful experience for me and my friends who did the 1/2! As challenging as it was with... those hills, it was made all the better by the organizers, volunteers and everyone cheering us on along the route. Thank you all!! You have no idea how much of a difference it makes to a runner to get those good vibes from friendly strangers.

This race was very well organized and we love our handmade medals and our long-sleeve technical shirts. The shake-out run the morning before was so much fun from Cohill Inn and through the town so thanks for arranging that for us. Huge shout-out to the amazing border patrol agents on both our Canadian side and in Lubec who were cheering us on as well. So friendly and helpful on our trips back and forth. : ) Mehr anzeigen

This was a wonderful event, I did the marathon. The scenery was gorgeous. But, holy hills. I absolu...tely felt I earned my hand-made medal! The water stops were plentiful and the overall support by the community was just great. I wanted to do the event because I loved the idea of running in two countries without stopping at the border and that was super cool. But, it was the small town vibe and how enthusiastic everyone was that really impressed me. I have no idea how they managed all the logistics but this race was really GREAT. Oh, and the lobster I ate at the pre-race dinner was AMAZING. Thanks to all that put this event on. Mehr anzeigen

My second time running the Bay of Fundy International Marathon...I had done the 10 km last year. Th...is year was the 1/2 marathon and I must say it was the most hilly course I have ever ran.

The event was once again well organized and the support along the route was amazing. Cudos to the organizing committee for making this event so special and unique.

Highfiving the border agents as you come across the International Bridge into Lubec is something I won't forget.
