This is Jackson aka Jack. He had a very tough start that included serious health problems. But with love from his foster-turned-forever family you can see he is happy and thriving, along with his brother Richard. Jack’s mom Julie snapped this picture right after he and Richard chased each around trying to snatch a small piece of filet mignon. Who wouldn’t need a nap after that?

These shy cats steal our hearts when they are at the shelter. Many, like young Mullican here, are so brave that they work hard to come out of their shells.
But we know the only way for them to shine is in a quiet home where they have time to come into their own.
Read up on Mullican - what a handsome charmer - at www.baypathhumane.org/available/cats ....
Then come meet him. And we know you’ll fall in love. Open 11:30 am to 4:30 pm through Monday.
Sure it’s going to snow again tomorrow, but not on June 8th! Join us for our 5th Annual Fore Paws Golf Tournament! Save the date to help dogs and cats in need.
A shout out to the fabulous girls from Brownie Troop 30016 in Milford! These fabulous girls brought in dozens of donations from food to toys to treats and towels, and they also made over 30 blankets for our dogs and cats!
So awesome! Thank you!
That's every day...

Check out our Sully in action!
Thanks to Nance and the team at Life is dog, Inc in Marlboro, our shelter dogs in need get to attend training at their facility to bone up on their skills. Our fabulous volunteer Caroline and dedicated staff member Liz took this energetic boy for a class and you can see him hard at work. Sully loves to train, but when he's done...he's done! ha (see last two pictures)
In fact, training went so well that he was actually adopted today!
UPDATE: Gunther & Brunhilde have been adopted. Isolde is available as of this post, but please call the shelter for the latest status!
Gunther and Brunhilde want you to come visit them down at the shelter today with their sister, Isolde. These three super social pups are ready for their forever homes. They have been in foster for a few weeks and have been socialized six ways to Sunday from crate training, to house training, to learning how to sit, to dog socialization...and even vacuum exposure! Come see them today!
Pups just wanna have fuuuun... oh, pups just wanna have fun.
Sully is a young fella looking for a playful and energetic family. They would need to want to play Fetch because... well... that tennis ball in his mouth is a fixture.
Come meet this handsome guy! We are open through Monday 11:30 am to 4:30 pm....
Cosmo had a great Valentine’s Day and we hope your pet did too.
