We had a new furnace and water heater installed. It was a lot of work for the guys. Our house is 130+ years old, our basement is gross and the old furnace was probably as old as the house. And almost big. I want to give a huge thank you again to Ricky and the guy he was working with. Ricky took the time to do the job fully. They had to cut apart our old furnace to get it out. He explained what they were doing and what they needed to do. It took 2 days to complete the work. They just stopped by again bc there was something Ricky wanted to fix for us that he saw yesterday. I am beyond pleased with the service we received. We will be using them again when the need arises. Thank you Ricky and thank you Bell Brothers!! See More

Rip off. My Dad paid 749.00 to replace heat exchanger in furnace that was still under warranty so cost of 2.25 hours of labor was 749.00. Bell Brothers you are a joke and btw horrible customer servi...ce too. Filing complaints against you. See More

It is evident in Bell Brother's work that customer service is their number one priority. I was amazed at John H.'s work on our heating and cooling system. We had a poor experience with a previous co...mpany and Bell Brother's took care of us when the other company could not. John really took the time to figure out what issues we were having and went above and beyond to fix all of our problems. He also explained to me what to do myself if the issue were to happen again. They saved me tonight! I moved to Des Moines last summer, so I don't know companies around here. I've seen ads for bell brothers and decided to give them a call when my air conditioner wouldn't turn o...n tonight. We are heading into the hottest weekend of the year so far and knew I was going to need it. I called at 7:50pm and left a message for the on call tech. I received a call back at 8:00pm saying he was on his way. He arrived and had my air fixed before 9:00pm. Thank you Jeff!! I will definitely be calling if I need service again! See More

Bell Brothers has maintained my heat pump for many years. When my old pump died, I purchased a new one from BB. I wanted to take let any future customers know about my experience with Bell Brothers today. I called them at 7:30 am and had a very pleasant experience with the person who answered the phone. He tol...d me they could have someone out to my house by late morning, which i was happy with. They were actually out to my house by 9am, and Sam was a true professional. He walked me through the process, looked at furnace and told me what the cost would be, which was much less then I expected. He finished quickly, valuing my time as well as his and answered all of my questions. He did recommend a few services for me to keep in mind, but did it in a way that was not intimidating or salesy. I will be using Bell Brothers in the future, and will be specifically asking for Sam. Thanks Bell Brothers! See More
