I bought a 2014 Ford Escape 2 years ago from a dealership. On September 20, 2017 my transmission went out near Big Valley Ford and Lincoln in Stockton. My car was towed to their service shop. They hav...e to rebuild the transmission. Imagine my surprise at my transmissiin needing to be rebuilt on a 3 yr old car. But I have received an even more shocking surprise! A month later, they are yet to be able to get the rebuild kit needed to perform the rebuild. They have displayed zero urgency on the matter and had a thorough lack of communication. They won't provide an ETA. We live very rural and only have the one car. There is only so long that you can bum a car to get to work and get your kids around. They won't provide a loaner. I am at risk of losing my job due to my ability to get to work. When we called again today, the parts person, Clint, was not kind and said he was doing us a favor by not charging us a storage fee!!!! Whaaaaaaat!!! Are you kidding me. Just atrocious service. I am making payments on a car I can't drive! Ludicrous!!! Craziness!!!!! Sickning!!!! #lemon #terribleservice #done!!! See More

This place took great care of me when I bought my F150. The Salesmen Joe and Edwardo helped me out, and were not high pressure at all. This dealer seems to be a high volume dealership so they do not... pressure you at all, but truly help you find exactly what you are looking for. I had the pleasure of speaking with the sales manager Brent and GM Steve and they were all great, very personable and went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were properly taken care of. The whole experience all the way till the end dealing with the woman in finance (forgot her name, sorry) . She helped us with a great deal with a Ford Factory additional warranty. Great place to work with. If their service department is Half as good as their sales department, I will be very pleased. See More

Wont ever purchase a car here again! Bought a 2016 truck and had 2 things that needed to get fixed and was told they were gonna fix it and come to the appointment, they didn't do nothing but just have... my truck sit there. Talked to finance manager and she was just so rude and was no help. Sorry big valley Ford! Never will I or my family go to you guys again! � See More

I took my car in there on Monday because the valve cover gasket that they changed in April was leaking again before I left with my car I open the hood and I had bolts and brackets missing and not bolt...ed down I did not feel safe with my car I was treated very rudely there and was left with no options and no rental car for the weekend. I love my 2017 Ford Fusion. It was not my first choice, but happy in the end.

I feel once you buy the car all the urgency to help, is out the window. I was charged for gap coverage and was told once... I refinanced I would get a refund. After a month of emails and phone calls, only when I added the finance manager to my request did I get a response back. When I was finally informed on forms and what I needed to do to complete the request I was told it would take 45 to 60 days for me to get reimbursed. That to me is ridiculous since it only takes a few minutes to charge me for it. I still have not seen anything in the mail yet and its been about 50 days. Maybe I will get in on the 60th day. :( See More

It says a lot about a company by the way they handle the unexpected issues that may arise- it is easy to give great customer service at time of purchase but when management stands behind their product... after the sale without any hassle - that speaks volumes! Having had an unexpected catastrophic engine failure in the first month of our owning our F350 Big Valley Ford went above and beyond to make everything right! Love my MKZ. I was hoping the sales person knew a bit more about the car. But I knew she was very new so hopefully she is getting trained. Also, when making a major purchase, I would like the finan...ce portion complete. Big Valley's finance folks called me twice to get my references days after the purchase. Initially, at the dealership we were told to put down 2, then Tino called and he requested for 4 references, then someone else called, after I emailed Tino my 4 references, and requested a total of 6 references. Very minor, but I found it very annoying. They should have looked over the paperwork prior to me leaving the lot and make sure everything was complete. See More

Bought a 2017 mustang, had a scratch on the fender and on the glove box and had an air leak coming from drivers door.. dropped it off for 2 days all they did was paint the glove box and buff out the s...cratch... car still leaks air and the inside was filthy when I picked it up... brought it back talked to mgr... had it detailed and still air leak not fixed... first time ford buyer.... and last love the car... hate the service.... I had my car in for service the day before. Whomever performed the tire rotation and balance didn't put any weights on the driver's side front tire. The steering wheel shook very badly above 45 MPH. I... had to take the car back the next day to have them finish the job correctly the second time, which took over 2 hours out of my morning. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Big Valley Ford and their lackluster service department. You'd think I'd learn and go somewhere else. See More
