Dr. Ronzo and his staff are lifesavers! I have had two surgeries with them over the past 9 months and I don't know what I would have done without them. The staff took extremely good care of me! To say... I was scared would be an understatement, they went out of their way to calm me down and let me know things would be ok. It was like family taking care of me! I wasn't just another patient or a number coming through, they truly cared! If you have back or neck pain there is no where else to go!! I can't thank them enough!!! See More

I can not say enough good things about every last single person I have had the pleasure of dealing with at BioSpine. You are treated with the upmost respect and care. From the surgical concierge, nurs...es, anesthesiologist, to the expertise of Dr. Bono. I don't think I could have been able to get through this. I would highly recommend this wonderful group of people to anyone who is in need of back pain relief. The excellence of this team is bar none! Thanks again for all of your help!! See More

I have nothing but greatful feelings for everyone at Bio Spine. I went there after another doctor in NC was only giving me a 60% success rate. From the first phone call to Bio Spine to the staff, th...e doctor, everyone treated me great. I had C6, C7 neck fusion November 20th, and stayed in hotel that night next door to surgery center. A nurse checked on me every 4 hours next morning they wheeled me back for xray then they let me go home. I am finally free of the headache that I had every day before the surgery. Thank you so much Dr. Ronzo and staff. See More

I was petrified. I was in a lot of pain and had numbness in my right leg. After the surgery, I was amazed at the amount of pain I was NOT in. Dr. Bono was informative and put my mind at ease. I’m 2 we...eks after my laminectomy. Today was the first day I went grocery shopping and didn’t have to sit down. I would do this again (hopefully I won’t have to) and would recommend this to anyone who is experiencing back pain. See More

Today marks the 1 week since my Laminectomy L5-S1! I met with Dr. Perenich and Dr. Bono performed my surgery! They are both amazing! I have been walking around since day 1 without any pain! I have...n't felt my toes or calf for 10 months. And on day 2 of recovery, I started to have feelings in my toes and calf! Nurses and PT comes to your home, the office calls to check up on you! I would recommend BioSpine to anyone living with unnecessary back pain!!! See More

I had a herniated disc at L5-S1 which resulted in my lower back locking up, sharp pains, numbness and sharp pain down my right leg. After my procedure at Bio-spine the numbness and sharp pain down th...e right leg has stopped and lower back pain has reduced substantially. So thank you to the staff at Bio-Spine for all the great care! See More

Just had a Spinal fusion in L5-S1 with Dr. Perenich who is an excellent surgeon!! All the nurses & front office staff were fantastic. I've had a failed laminectomy with another place, so I was very ...hesitant about another surgery. Dr. Perenich took extra time to clean all the scar tissue off the nerves, came out of surgery with no leg pain in either leg which I have suffered from for the last three years or so. They had a nurse take me over to the hotel we stayed at since I had to come back the next day to get the drainage tube removed. They also had a nurse checking on me every 4 hours at the hotel room. This made my wife more comfortable being that my last back surgery didn't go well at all. Went back today for the drain tube removal and I was in a lot of pain from the back muscle spasms. The nurse noticed right away called the doctor to find out what he wanted to do about it. Dr. Perenich called back & personally talked to me on the phone which rarely does that happen now days. I have had back issues & have been on a lot of meds for years. He changed my meds to combat my body being used to the others. They also gave me medicine to relax while I waited for the prescriptions to be ready & for my hour car ride home. Long story short Very Happy with BioSpine & all the staff. I highly recommend them!! Thank you. See More

Excellent service and high level of proficiency within the Orthopedic/Medical field. I had cervical disk replacement on October 9,2017. Surgery was smooth and I am already on my way to a quick recover...y. Dr.Ronzo takes the time to explain and inform you and his outstanding staff including caregivers like Sylvie Michelle and Diana; they are always very helpful, friendly and professional. I definitively recommend BioSpine services specially for those in need of cervical or lumbar surgery. See More

This past Monday I had a laminectomy in addition to a fusion of numbers 4 & 5 vertebrae. I was walking not long after the surgery and was home on Tuesday. I can't say enough about the entire process i...ncluding the personnel I've come into contact with. Dr. Ronzo is a truly gifted surgeon. Each person who I've interacted with has been compassionate, professional and friendly.

As a follow up, my home nurse and PT are exemplary. If anyone would have told me I'd be in this little pain, and able to walk I would have dismissed their claims as foolish and impossible. My prognosis is very good and I even hope to be ahead of schedule.

My heartfelt thanks to EVERYONE who has assisted me in my journey to resolve my back problems.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bono and the BioSpine Institute. I found the entire process to be very organized. The office and surgery staff are organized, friendly and professional. The s...urgery center in Tampa was well organized and clean.

I had a laminectomy and the surgery definitely helped my pain. After 4 years of severe pain, I am happy to report that I am virtually pain free just 9 days after surgery. Today was the first time in years that I did NOT have to take anything for pain.

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Bono and the entire team at BioSpine Institute. As their billboards advertise, they truly gave me my life back. They also provide home care after surgery, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend anyone seeking advice and/or treatment to consult with the doctors at the BioSpine Institute.

Everything at BioSpine is top-notch. I've read reviews about people complaining about the small amount of time that they get to spend with Dr Bono, but he makes sure that there is a person on staff to... cover every aspect and every stage of your procedure. I'm 13 days post-op of my L5-S1 spinal fusion and so far recovery has been decent. I've received multiple calls from my patient concierge Marcell checking to make sure I'm doing ok. He's also been fantastic throughout the entire process. Can't thank the doctors, assistance and entire staff at BioSpine enough for the great work that they did. See More

I had a spinal fusion at L4-L5 and a Laminectomy at L5-S1 on September 28. Dr Perenich was my surgeon. I have been dealing with back and leg pain for over 7 years. I am just a little over three weeks ...post op. I’m still having some hip and right leg pain but Dr Perenich said it takes a while for the nerves to heal. I can’t say enough about the staff, all the ladies at the surgery center and Dr Perenich. Everything was explained to me from my first visit up until my surgery. I feel that I am on the right road to getting my quality of life back. Thank you Dr Perenich and all your staff at the office and the Surgery center. See More

Wow, well, what can I tell you about my appointment with Dr. Ronzo today? It was odd, to say the least. It started out fine, The staff was courteous and the wait time low. Dr. Ronzo met with me and be...gan discussing my back issues, they are very severe, which, I already knew. Dr. Ronzo said he could help me but that I needed to be very clear with the out come. He could relieve my leg pain but not the back pain, that would require a much larger procedure sometime down the road. I fully understood what Dr. Ronzo was saying and it made sense. His knowledge, seemed to be admirable. I started asking him questions about the procedure and my back issues in general. I felt like our meeting was going well. Then, just as I was getting ready to pull the trigger on the operation, Dr. Ronzo, stood up, said, "I don't think I'm the man for you, good luck" and he walked out the door. Before I could even process what had happened, my wife and I were sitting in the room by ourselves. My only conclusion? Dr. Ronzo does not appreciate patients who are informed and ask questions.

I have consulted 3 Ortho's and 2 Neuro's about my back issues and pending surgery. I have respect for them all, except for Dr. Ronzo. I had big hopes, when I went to BioSpine, today. However, Dr. Ronzo showed himself to be rude and acted very unprofessional.

My experience here to rectify my scoliosis, by corrective back surgery went extremely well. I'm very pleased. From 24/7 pain, I'm pain free now. Which I am very happy about. The procedure was very... successful. Dr. Frank Bono explained everything to me in great detail. He has gold hands, and a very talented surgeon. He saved my back, and my quality of life. The procedure was only 40 minutes. Very quick. I would recommend him to anyone in need of such a procedure. See More

My experience with this organization and Dr. Ronzo has been nothing short of outstanding from day one. I found the entire office staff including the surgery center to be very organized, friendly and ...professional.
Dr. Ronzo took the time to explain what was wrong with my back at our first meeting and I immediately knew that I had made the right choice in choosing Bio Spine and Dr. Ronzo for my surgery.
I had a four level laminectomy and after a year of severe pain, I am happy to report that I am pain free SIX days after surgery. Today was the first time in five years that I did not have to take anything for pain.
I am extremely grateful for Dr. Ronzo and his team for giving me my Quality of life back. I am recommending him to anyone that needs back surgery.
Thank You, Milt Morris

My daughter went to Dr. Bono for an Anterior Cervical Discectomy with Fusion also known as ACDF. Both her aunt and I went with her to these appointments prior to surgery. We made note of all the Docto...r's information regarding the surgery and recovery time at each visit. Since the date of the pre-op visit it seems that there is none in that office who communicates with the doctor regarding what is needed after surgery along with the duration of recovery time. The doctor tells us one thing and the office manager says something else. Things that were supposed to be covered as part of the surgery with the insurance now may not be. These were all things we asked to be investigated before proceeding. Devices never mentioned prior to surgery all of a sudden are needed. This has caused some serious issues for my daughter returning to work. While the doctor is terrific there is a severe lack of communication in this office and from this office causing extreme problems for her and the family. Having had experience with many years of hospitalizations with my own parents I am all too familiar with some of the CYA procedures in medical offices and hospitals which is why I never let my family go to an appointment alone or be in the hospital with out 24 hour supervision from a family member. A brilliant surgeon needs to have an equally brilliant staff in order to have successful patient recovery. See More
