I bought 3 waterblocks for my video cards.
1 of the gpu blocks didnt come with thermal pas...te.
the 2 gpu blocks that came with thermal paste didnt have the little .5mm spacers that are needed when attaching the block.
Emailed bitspower on december 28th and had a reply on the 29th from Lily asking for receipt and pictures of the spacers. Still no response from the company. See More
1starAfter purchasing2 waterblock s for my 780 lightnings , I installed them per the instructio ns perfectly. when I booted my... computer both of my video cards shorted out from the PCB to the backplate. I sent them both of my cards to let them investigat e the problem. They seemed very helpful at first however claimed that there was no problems with their design, despite there being an obvious design flaw in my opinion.
I was told that they were getting me new video cards, and install the waterblocks that I sent to them, and send them back to me.
They suddenly stopped respondingto my emails, its been 3 months since this whole ordeal happened. They have one dead card, one working but slightly charred card, and my waterblock s. Over 1500.00 worth of my equipment and will no longer respond to my emails.
They are outside of my country and I have no way to phone them.
Things were progressing well, and would have given them 5 stars for taking care of their customers, however they abruptly stopped sending me emails about the status. See More
