#2 Protein Power Shake
- Flaked Quinoa, Oats, Pumpkin Seeds, Spinach, Super Seeds, Banana

#3 Tropical Smoothie
- Mango, Pineapple, Lime, Ginger, Spinach, Yogurt

#4 Simple Green Smoothie
- Power Greens, Avocado, Pineapple, Banana

#5 Berry Boost Smoothie or Shake
- Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Elderberry, Banana, Yogurt

Power Greens - Spinach, Kale, Chard
Super Seeds - Chia, Flax, Hemp

The Perfect Smoothie or Shake:
- Add 6-8 oz of liquid depending on desired thickness.
- Blend for 2-3 mins or until chopping sound stops
- Smoothies: Add any non-bold tasting low sugar iced tea or juice
