I have a back muscle injury that never quite healed for over six months. I took a reformer class with Yubi and she was an amazing instructor who assessed my alignment, strength, and extent of my injur...y during every movement. She not only helped me practice in my best reformer shape, but she also made sure I had enough fortitude and understanding to move so that I could heal quickly. The class was tailored to me and I can't believe I've never taken a class here! Definitely have found a reformer home. See More

Bob's class is always a good workout/toning session. I consistently leave the class feeling good, strong, and relaxed.

So the day after completing the Gyrokinesis foundation course with Miriam Barbosa I look up in the sky and saw this!! Looks like a HI-V shape to me, and someone leaping up in the air! Times like this I know I am following the right path!
