People talk about "rotisserie chicken salad", "rotisserie prime rib" and "garlic mashed potatoes"
Dear Boston Market, I was curious if you have put your chickens on a diet or was it the chicken I r...evived in my order last night was just anorexic? I was also wondering if there was a shortage of horseradish sauce for the prime rib dinner. Because I could smell it but could hardly see the portion provided with the meal. And to discontinue the apple slices from the menu was a poor decision in my opinion . So we opted for the red potato side but I believe they were switched with some garden wood chips instead. I will say the cornbread was surprisingly moist rather than there dried out usual state. I will remember if the family ever becomes extremely hungry that we opt out of the Boston Market meal. I feel robbed and violated. See More

Slow service・Disappointing food
Absolute worst customer service at this location (Sheridan, Westminster colorado) , especially GARY ...and the store manager. We waited 40min for curbside pickup, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. No offer of a refund, and refused when asked. I’m a pretty patient person but I will NEVER eat here or any other Boston market again. I recommend avoiding this location at ALL costs. See More

I ordered Boston Market from dinner dash, the dinner dasher was great but the restaurant itself was ...bad, first the chicken or what was left of a “chicken” it was suppose to be a whole chicken all I got was two pieces of dark meat and half of a breast, the sides were great cream spinach, sweet potato casserole, & stuffing my three favorite, then I had asked for sauce and got no sauce and finally but not least I didn’t get any cornbread with the family meal that I had ordered, I was disappointed to say the least because I love love Boston Market ( we call it thanksgiving in my house) and was happy to see it delivering to my house since the Boston Market near me is still far away ( cross county mall Yonkers, New York ) now I have been to the actual restaurant in question and have receive good service but on delivery they have to step it up because I won’t be ordering from there anymore See More
