June is Pride Month! I embrace and welcome all people in my community - racial, socioeconomic, LGBTQIA+, cultural, and faith differences are part of who we are. Every person should have the fundamental right to make decisions for themselves about their most personal and private family issues. I am proud of the legislation that I’ve carried and look forward to the very near future when the General Assembly in Virginia passes legislation that protects diversity and outlaws discrimination and hateful actions.

Join the NAACP Loudoun Branch, along with co-leads: the Zeta Upsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and Equalit...y Loudoun on Saturday, October 24 as we March to the Polls in Sterling! Safely march with us to the Loudoun County Government Office at Ridgetop to vote early absentee IN PERSON as we encourage everyone to exercise their constitutional right to vote and fight voter suppression.

If you have already requested your absentee ballot, you can still march with us and deliver your ballot in person instead of mailing it back. Masks will be required and social distancing will be in effect. Don't get turned away at the polls! Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID.
