Awesome! We didnt know about your light show until last year. Now everytime we leave or come home after dark, the kids beg to swing by for at least a cpl songs. I have no idea how you do it but but is... very cool! Like the new panel on the roof! Thank you for providing our family with such a fun time and new tradition. See More

Our first time seeing these lights and they're less than a mile from our house. We could have sat there for hours watching the lights. Simply AMAZING!

If you find yourself in Delaware, Ohio during Christmas season, you have to check out this show.

Hello everyone! The Brady family would like to take a moment to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Great tidings and the best of luck in the year to come!

Hi all and happy Thanksgiving!

Due to extensive travel this month, job, and family responsibilities, I have had to make the difficult decision not to do a show this year. Putting together a show takes a huge amount of time (5 to 6 weeks) and there was no way I was going to get it done in time due to my schedule. I will miss seeing everyone, but I sincerely hope to see you all again next year!

Happy New Year everyone,
Turn out has been great this (last) year and we have collected nearly $700 in donations. This is an excellent number considering we had to start the show a week later than usual.

I want to give a big thanks to Skyworks, LLC for their generous donation of a lift to help decorate the large blue spruce tree. Also, a big thanks to anyone who donated money, 100% of the proceeds go to the Common Ground Free Store of Delaware, a great charity.

I am healing well from my hip fracture and can now get around with crutches.

Tonight is the last night for the show, it will run the normal Sunday schedule of 5:30 to 10:30pm. If you have not seen it yet, or want to see it one last time, stop by tonight or you will have to wait until December 2017!

Take care,

Hi all! Thanks for all of the kind words over the last couple of days as it helped me keep my spirits up while I recover from the pelvis fractures. This year I had planned to post a few videos to this page as it has been a while. Unfortunately fractures makes that a little more difficult. Luckily technical issues with the show have not been too bad over the last couple of days. (Knock on wood).

If you have any videos you have taken this year and would be OK with sharing to this page, shoot me a message and let me know.

Merry Christmas! It's almost here!

Let me start off with Merry Christmas and Happy New year!! to properly convey my mood even though my post may sound the opposite.

Monday morning I took a spill on the the ice while walking across a parking lot and fractured my Pelvis in a couple off places. It is an injury I wish on no one and very painful Jasmine, Jean, and all of the other nurses, workers, and therapist at Grady Hospital are awesome and did a great job, I can't say enough good things about them.

Unfort...unately, it looks like I am not going to be able to walk for about a month. My wife and daughters will continue to run the show for as long as possible without me, but if anything happens, I may need to shut it down early for the year. (But no plans to do so before Christmas) It's been a tough for the show this year, but sometimes that happens and you just have to keep plugging along and doing the best you can! I still feel it is all worth it....

Take Care
Ed Brady

Looks like everything is fixed with the big tree electronics now (Fingers Crossed). I wanted to give a shout out to my niece Autumn Smith. She informed me that her History teacher was showing videos of the house to his class in KY, but was giving her grief when she tried to convince him, and the class, that I was her uncle. If they are reading this, yep, I am Autumn's uncle!

Hi all! Been having some electrical issues with the big tree tonight due to the weather. I am not going to be able to fix until tomorrow, sorry. 😐 Hey, but everything else is good! 😀

Hello everyone! It is great to see everyone again this year. A lot of new faces, and a lot of people who take the time to make it a tradition to see the show. Every year, I try something new with the show, some things work well..... and well, some fail.... Tell me what you think about some of the recent changes this year, I would like to know your thoughts!

Hello once again! It has been a long difficult setup this year due to traveling and a number of technical difficulties. Testing has gone well and I will be running the show tonight. Hope to see you there! Also, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the guys at Skyworks, LLC, they were kind enough to loan me a bucket lift to decorate the large blue spruce (which grew another 2 feet this year). These are some great guys and I highly recommend them!

Hi folks... Sorry I have run into some unforeseen delays with the show. I hope to have them straightened out soon, but it might be 2 to 3 days. Hope to have things going soon, please check back for updates.

Hello once again! Wow, the years seem to go by quicker and quicker don't they? Setup started three weeks ago, and I plan to start this year's show on December 4th. (Possibly sooner!) There are a couple of new pixel elements that I am feverishly working out the technical details on. Once again, we will be taking donations for the Common Ground Free Store, an awesome charity here in Delaware that lends a helping hand to people when they need it the most. Check this page for updates to the show start date and schedules!

A big thanks again to everyone for the turnout. Through your donations we were able to raise $890.66 for Common Ground Free Store. Awesome! Also, I wanted to post an awesome picture taken by my neighbor, Cheyl Rice. This picture was taken on Christmas with the full moon over the house. This is something we will have to wait 19 years to see again!

I hope to see everyone again next year!

Happy New Year! 2015 was a great year for the show (minus the wind of course), but all good things must come to an end. I will run the lights one more time tonight and that will be the end until December 2016.

I want to give a huge thanks to everyone for the turnout and all of the donations to the Common Ground Free Store. Tomorrow, we will gather the donations together and deliver them where they will be put to good use helping the people of Delaware and Central Ohio. I post the totals once everything is counted!.

Since the weather was "OK" today, I took the opportunity to get the mega-tree disassembled. It was kind of a bummer having to take it down early, but life happens I guess. Here is a picture of what our good ole Ohio weather can do to a mega-tree. This is the plate that all of the lights attach to at the top of the tree. A couple of good wind gusts caught the Big Star in just the right position and caused the plate to snap into three pieces.
As of now, I plan to run the house part of the show until New Years eve, possibly New Years day. Ed

Hi all, some bad news.... Late this afternoon, there were a couple of bad wind gusts which caused the main cable retainer ring on the mega-tree to snap in half. Unfortunately, this damage can not be repaired. As a result, I need to shut off the tree for the rest of the season . For the time being, I plan to let the rest of the show play (minus the mega-tree). Over the next couple of days, I will decide if I will let the show play until Jan 1st or shut down early for the year.

Merry Christmas everyone! Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it!

Merry Christmas!
