My first time here to the, “Barber Shop” in the Waterbury, CT Brass Mill Center. I’ve never been to a barber shop and asked for a trim and a fade and received one in under 10 minutes. I’ve never been ...told to pick my own hair and while asked to do so had to listen to the Baber mopp and mumble under his breath making me feel really uncomfortable.
The lack of effort in the hair cut i received was highly disappointing. Where is the passion for cutting hair if your a licensed barber because I didn’t see any today. I didn’t leave there feeling good about my self after spending $20 of my own hard working earned money like I usually do when I go to a barber shop. I left there with itchy, irritated skin, and was an the machine burned my lip. I Didn’t receive an apology or any rubbing alcohol to clean my face. Thanks (COREY) for incurring me to never get a hair cut from you again.

There’s been multiple incidents where people have been STEALING out of all different stores in this mall and the employees are doing more then mall SECURITY. The security in this mall is useless. If i...ncident happens you call security it takes them to an hour to get to the store mind you they walking around all over the mall . Also driving around in security cars. What the point of having mall security? See More

Large mall with many of your anchor stores. Great stores to many to list also has movie theater. Parking lot can be difficult (smaller spots/not level/uneven). Very busy mall especially at holiday tim...e, parking is almost impossible during holidays. Mall is very clean and well kept. See More

All the stores are closing and the majority of remaining ones are all clothing stores that sell the same stuff. The mall looks old and worn out, there are always birds all over the food court, and it'...s just bland and boring. There's nothing to do there. They don't even have a simple nice area to sit and relax like a fountain or something. There's really no reason to come here anymore. Driving out to Milford is worth the extra distance. See More

I have to say this mall has gone downhill severely. The store selection is poor. The crowd of thuggish teenagers running amuck and acting unruly is so annoying when trying to shop. And witnessing o...ne individual curl up behind the photo booth near Sears high on something curl up and lay on the floor. Then when walking out watched a young female fill a syringe with water and prepare a spoon to shoot up. If I was not with my teenage son & I did not want his attention drawn to this. I would have called the police. I will no longer shop here unless it is at a store that has its own entrance. I will drive to another mall that is worth going to. The security at this mall is shameful & should be embarrassed. See More

Five stars and thank you to mall security for their diligence in trying to find Alice.

However, it would be helpful if we could place flyers and posters, if only for missing persons and animals. De...nse commercial areas, such as malls, correlate to higher a number of these incidences. See More

I'm ashamed to call Brass Mill mall is in my hometown; i miss our old Mall Naugatuck valley Mall that was way more exiting with friendlies McDonald's and Mcorys!
Brass Mill mall needs some cheer insi...de the mall like the carousel they had for the kids and I recommend that you place a waterfall sprinkler in the center somewhere in our Mall so it won't have a dead atmosphere when we enter there! See More

I'm happy the Torrid came to the Waterbury Mall. I haven't been to the mall in a long time and was pleasantly surprised that they had renovated the food court bathrooms. I would always dread going in ...there because it was so outdated and grungy, but now it is clean and beautiful. See More

Soon there won't be a mall to shop at. I get my hair done at C&C my nails done at 90's nails, and go to Penny's, and the food court. So many stores are closing, very sad.

I had to quickly run into the mall last night for something. Unfortunately I needed to use the restroom by the food court. To say it was disgusting is an understatement. No restroom should look a...nd smell that bad, especially one by a food court. You should be ashamed of yourselves. See More

This mall is going downhill fast! The good stores are constantly closing, and I'm not fond of the little no name pop up shops going in. It's very dark and not the kind of atmosphere conducive to shopping!

You guys need to calm it down with the Mosquito! I am a mall employee and I constantly leave work with headaches because of it. There is no need, and it clearly isn't doing anything to deter the teena...gers. You are ruining your business because people don't want to shop and listen to that, it is irritating. You must have the frequency up way too high, because I hear from multiple older people that they can hear it, and they don't want to shop and be annoyed. It's to the point where you can hear it OVER our blasting music. Maybe tone it done for the well being of mall employees, and for the sake of malls business, people would probably come to the mall more if they could stand walking around and actually being IN the mall. I just went to fish ahoy in the mall. The service was horrible. The food even worse. I ordered the cod meal and it was a thick piece, not cooked all the way threw, it was a small piece, and it was &12....00. It was other worst peice of cod I ever had. I will never eat there again. I won't even give them a star. See More

I'm tired of being harassed by people begging for money in the parking lot. It does not make for a safe environment.
