Many people have been asking where they can purchase music from the show. Well, now you can preview and purchase my new CD, "Room to Breathe" on CD Baby: and iTunes:…/room-to-breathe/id1289011265…

This album is a safari through the urban wilderness of Los Angeles with my green electric violin, poetry, beats and bird song. Some of the tracks originate from "Breathing Room" but many are reimagined, recombined, brand new and everything was rerecorded. Enjoy!

What a way to start the New Year - Alley Stoughton of WMBR, Boston is going to play 3 compositions from my "Room to Breathe" CD TODAY at 4:00 - 5:30 pm EST!! I am so excited to listen in!

WMBR is the awesome little radio station broadcasting from deep within the basements of MIT in Cambridge, Mass.

Tune in tomorrow, Thursday, at 1:00 pm (PST) to hear me interviewed by Kath Fraser on her radio program. If you can't listen live, the show will be archived.

Ellensburg Community Radio is operated by local citizens wanting to share stories, music, news, and upcoming events about Ellensburg and Kittitas County.

One of the most beloved scenes in Breathing Room is the second act where Marilyn speaks about her experience with a hummingbird nest in her backyard. Given all the hummingbirds I see sampling the blossoms in my yard, it seems the right time to post this video. Set to the brand new musical recording of RENEW REGROW REPAIR, here are hummingbirds, trees, ocean, original art and more! ENJOY!

Words and music by Mary Lou Newmark. Vocal performances by Tricia Tahara and Blake Howard, Mary Lou on electric violin. Single available: https://store.cdbab...

Last fall, I did a worl...d premier of a performance project called Breathing Room: A Chamber Symphony for Two Actors and a Musician at the Greenway Court Theatre in LA. I was referred to this project by my amazing supportive friend, Cleo King( Mike & Molly). Now, I just wanted to exercise my artistic theatre muscles and stay pro-active.. So doing our little photo shoot, I simply said, "Let's just do this last picture and be as silly as possible".....and NOW it is a front cover. WOW. Life journeys. As James Baldwin once said " You don't tell life, life tells you." Congrats to the Breathing Room Team: Mary Lou Newmark( Writer/Musician/Producer) Dan Berkowitz (Director); Gary Thomas (Choreographer/Producer); and the wonderful Ms. Eileen T'Kaye and Deborah Ramaglia for holding the sacred space with me on that stage. It really takes a village. Continue to Support and share Mr.ReeseGoes To Paris: WWW.GOFUNDME.COM/CHARLESGOESTOPARIS. Gratitude. And it is so. Go Well.

To say that ‘Breathing Room’ is a unique theatrical experience would be the paradigm of understatement; at least for me.
