So much to catch up on so I'll only post a few things. Furthermore, I'm putting together a portfolio website (probably Wordpress, but maybe something fancier/different) so that way you can see everything I've done (or at least everything I can find that I've done).

Let's start with the time I masqueraded as a hockey beat writer for The Daily Cardinal, previewing this weekend's series against Northern Michigan.

Coming off a pair of losses in Alaska, the No. 18 Badgers (0-2-0 overall) look to bounce back with a pair of games this weekend against Northern Michigan (0-0-0 overall)

A couple of things coming today. The first is a preview of this past weekend's college football games. In terms of my informal projections, I went 5-for-5, so that's something.

The second thing is a list of four players who have surprised with their play this season for the Wisconsin Football team, three of whom are walk-ons for Bleacher Report.

The second thing is a preview for Bleacher Report of the Wisconsin Football game against the South Florida Bulls football on Saturday in what is sure to be one for the ages, or at least one for Melvin Gordon's Heisman candidacy.

Two, maybe three things today. The first is my weekly music column for The Daily Cardinal. This week's edition deals with concept albums, which is all the more fitting thanks to the release of Kendrick Lamar's new single, "i."

Two more things today. The first of which is my weekly music column for The Daily Cardinal, talking about the impact of weather on your musical experience. Also, it gave me a chance to poetically describe an Umphrey's McGee concert, so that's always good too.

The second thing is for Bleacher Report, which looks at " Wisconsin Footballl: What You Should and Shouldn't Be Concerned About Post Week 2." For those of you that loved detailed statistical analyses of Wisconsin special teams, you're in luck. For those of you that aren't, you should read it anyway, or skim it, or just click on the link and then "maybe" read it later.

Two things today, the first of which is the aforementioned recap of games from week one for The Daily Cardinal's gameday issue, which at this point is a bit out of date, but still an interesting read.

Week 1 of the college football season is in the books. In all but one of the matchups between ranked teams, the chalk prevailed around the country.

I haven't been posting much here, but I've still been writing a lot with a lot still to come. Expect posts on here 4-5 times a week moving forward. Here are my grades for each of the new starters for the Wisconsin Football team on Bleacher Report.

Also, be sure to check out this week's Gameday issue for the The Daily Cardinal as you can see my recap of the national games from last week including my (not so) hot take on Free Seafood University.

I may go back and post all the things I've written over the course of the past month, but as they say, there's no time like the present. Here's my latest piece, which recaps (almost) everything that happened over the course of the first week of fall practice for the Wisconsin Football team for Bleacher Report.

http://bleacherreport.com/…/2156239-wisconsin-football-week…

As the calendar flips to August, it's finally time for football season, almost. Through the first four days of Fall camp, the Wisconsin football team is progressing a bit ahead of schedule in some spots and lagging far behind in others...

Some exciting news on my end, I am now a Featured Columnist for Bleacher Report. What this means is that you can finally find me in the Team Stream and in the newsletter, both exciting things.

Here's my first "story" (though slideshows aren't really stories) that cracked the Team Stream and has more than 3,000 reads to boot on five freshmen who could start this season for the Wisconsin Football team.
