The path FitBody Boot Camp sets forth for you is guaranteed to help you get in shape - you just have to follow it. The accountability aspect increases the likelihood you will stay on track and the coaches will provide you with a detour if you get lost. The dedication Brien and his team put into their members binds the program into a tightly knit net that will support you as you unsteadily put one foot in front of the other. Before you know it, you’ll feel more like a part of a family than a program.

Personally, it built strength in me that kept me from falling apart into a bed of junk food when my dog passed away five weeks into the challenge. I’ve structured my life around my dog for 15 years and nobody would have blamed me had I thrown everything out the window. In fact, I have surprised many with the way I’ve managed to handle it. Knowing I still had the challenge to complete and having the compassionate support of the coaches and members kept me focused on taking positive actions. Despite the sadness I’m facing with mourning my furry best friend, I feel stronger on the outside and on the inside. No words can describe the gratitude I feel.

During the six weeks of this challenge, and being a part of this program, I lost 9lbs and 5.7% body fat. Yet, what I’ve gained, is priceless.

I had a great experience during the 6 week challenge at Brien Shamp Boot Camp. I signed up because I was focusing on loosing weight and I did. I lost 18 pounds and lost 5 % body fat. During those 6... weeks, I learned how to put myself as a priority, how to eat healthy, what to eat and when to eat. I did exercise 3 x per week due to my schedule and family commitment. I did it because I trusted all the information that Brien and his team of coaches and trainers offered to me. I was able to meet successful challengers whom I requested some tips from and I put it in practice, I wanted to win, not just to loose weight, but I wanted to prove myself that I can finish what I started. My workout time was at 5:30am, it was the perfect time for me. At the gym, there are members on different fitness levels and always cheered me on my first weeks and through the process. The trainers show you how to modify the exercise if you are not able to do it at certain way. Many things I like about this program, specially that everyday the exercise are different, so you don't tired of a "routine" and you can feel it in your body that you are working every single muscle. I definitely, recommend Brien Shamp's boot camp, I liked the program so much that I became a member. I feel motivated and full of energy every time I work out, it is a great feeling!! See More

The 6-week challenge was exactly what I needed. I met with Tonya an awesome, motivating, strong, coach from my early years and felt confident that I could do the work, be committed to the nutrition p...lan and didn't hesitate to join. I knew from my previous experience that Brien had an effective workout plan.

On the big day of the first weigh-in, he gave us our meal plan and advice about what items on the list may still be an issue and eventually removed. I listened to his every word and started out as strict as possible early and didn't eat the cheeses or nuts. I worked out five days a week. I tried to have lots of raw veggies and get half my calories from healthy fat. By the sixth week when Brien recommended we push extra hard, I did back-to-back sessions and doubled my workouts for five days during the last week. My indulgences during the entire challenge were 1/2 an apple and 6 berries. I was completely dedicated, filled with joy, and left with gratitude.

The coaches in the program are fun, caring, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the word of the week. I am grateful for his primal needs chart and focused primarily on my breathing, my water, and my sleep. Every day of the challenge I asked myself, why don't I take myself seriously? Why don't I care about myself like this as a no-brainer? What I will take with me is some sayings of the coaches, "You can do anything for 15 seconds" and the take on fitness, "You don't think about whether or not you are going to pick up your kids today, you just do it! You have to do that with your fitness as well. Be committed without even thinking about it." With my 12 pounds lighter body and 5.2% less body fat I'll continue focusing on my primal needs.

I completed my 6 week challenge and lost nearly 20lbs and almost 6% body fat. I think what was outstanding in this program compared to other gyms or programs I have joined is the sense of community a...nd the nutritional information received by Brien and coaches in the program as well as from other participants. The locations and times were also excellent.

I like the short workouts because it lessens the excuses one can make for not going. I could fit a workout in between my meetings, before work, and after work. I could feel progress within the first few weeks, I became stronger, happier, and healthier. To meet my goal, which I did, I did have to put in extra work and cut down on foods I wouldn't normally cut down on, like all fruit, nuts, and red meat, and lessened my meals, but it helped me in the last few weeks. I am still eating the same healthy foods post challenge with the occasional splurge, but those splurges are way less frequent than in the past.

As a rebuttal to the complaint about not being long enough or giving enough time to stretch, I came in early like Brien suggested, to use the foam rollers to stretch ahead of time, or did some stretching at my house. The mindfulness and stretching is important and it is worth seeking on your own. A weekend online yoga or meditation class, which you can find for free online, might help those that need an additional structure for that.

I am definitely considering joining back into the program after we decide on our move in the next few months. The cost might be prohibitive for parts of our community, which is unfortunate, but if you have the money, it is well worth it! I wish there was an ability to pay structure for lower income folks.

With that said, it changed my life and I will be forever grateful. I agree Brien, the nutrition aspect is so important and not a lot of fitness programs tackle this sufficiently. 5 Stars! Keep up the good work!

You get out of it what you put into it, simple as that. I personally like the fact that they are 30-minute classes, because on days when time is short, I can always make a class. On other days, I end ...up doing two or three classes if I have the energy. After 30 minutes I often find myself walking away feeling really tired. And it's a good tired.
Just as important, I feel like all the instructors who I've worked with really care about the people who are doing the work, making sure to correct someone's form when necessary, and being encouraging all the time.

I am into the third week of your new "30" minute workout.

Little stretching before and no core and very little streching after. I want someoone to s...
how me the stretching and not tell me to do it on my own.

The "30" minute workouts are really 17-21 minutes. If you subrtact the 5-10 second transition and the 30 second rests the total time does not add up to 30 minutes. I am now staying for a double workout at your sugesstion which I find boring. I originally signed up and paid for a 50 minute workout to take care of myself. I chose Brien Shamp's Boot Camp three years ago because I admired your talent and knew that you would be supportive and that you really cared about your clients. I think that this is still true but now I feel rushed. One size does not fit all. I know others agree.

I like the pace but instead of 6 or 7 stations the are only 3 or 4 most days. I feel that it's not enough.

I would really like to go back to a sit down restaurant instead of a fast food drive through.

I'm so glad i joined the 6 week challenge with Brien Shamp's Fit body Boot Camp. I had a great time and the results are amazing. You will learn a lot more than losing weight. In six weeks time, I've... learn about good eating habits, posture and how to begin my day with a positive attitude. I would probably not try any other boot camp except for Brien's Fit Body Boot Camp. See More

Brien's boot camps are the best in the Bay Area. I worked out with Brien and his coaches for over 3 years while I lived in the area and achieved conditioning, strength, and flexibility I didn't think ...possible. Being a lifelong cyclist, the cross-training and stretching of his programs were just what I needed to round out my fitness.

He creates a fun, inspired team environment that makes you want to never miss a workout. He uses so many different techniques, equipment, and timing it never gets stagnant.
