The complete set features nine impeccably designed products comprising seven brushes that all have a specific duty within the grooming process, a stud brush/hoof pick combo, and the unique ‘All Rounder’ brush which is used at the end of the grooming process on the rider/handler to remove any traces of horse hair and dust from their clothing.

“I’m super excited about the new packs,” said Alan. “Thank you to Eqclusive for having great foresight and always looking to improve. I can’t wait to see what’s next!”

I am over the moon that us hard working grooms now have a supporting association, after a long break from working with horses I am now more settled my position as a groom knowing I have the BGA behind... me. Absolutely love being a member. Took me 10mins to sign up and I feel I'm getting a fantastic bundle. Good to know I'm insured and will be looked after if I have an accident or injury, and there's alwa...ys someone on the end of the phone if I have any questions or concerns. Love the magazine too! BGA has a very helpful website and they try their best to stay up to date with current issues facing grooms as well as fighting for our rights in the workplace. I am glad to be a member of this organision.

A great association in helping grooms to have somewhere to refer to if they need help within the industry. Even if you are grooming abroad they are always happy to help!

**Freelance groom needs your help**
One of our BGA members got in touch and said, "I am looking to start freelance competition grooming, but have no idea what to charge, per day or per week, and want to be able to price myself correctly. What does everyone else charge? Thanks for your help."
Can you help? Please post your answers below. #Askthegroomexperts

**Grooms Minds update**
Last week the BGA attended a meeting hosted by the British Horse Racing Authority and the charity Mind about the mental wellbeing of those that work with horses.
The meeting was predominately focused on the racing sector, however as we have already taken great steps forward on this subject, and are co signatories on the Mental Health Charter we were invited along. Find out more about about the day and some of the plans we have around this important subject: #workingtogether

Yesterday I was proud to be presented the finalist of the Sir Colin Spedding Award by HRH Princess Anne at the National Equine Forum . 13 years prior I made a speech at the Forum, the first groom ever to speak up for the hardworking grooms. We are the only nation in the world to have a professional association for grooms, giving all that work with horses their own body that represents them, provides education and support and affordable insurance. I am so proud of the BGA and accept this award, with my left and right hand team, Fi Boughton and Liz Daniels, on behalf of all the grooms that get up so early, finish so late and dedicate themselves to the horses in their care.
This Award is for you, our members.
If you are proud to be a groom and don’t yet belong, join up today for just £21.50 #proudtobegrooms
