#Romania is one of the most underrated countries in Europe, which means it's still unspoilt by tourism. If you are thinking of visiting, here are some important things that you should know before travelling to Romania – things that will make you want to visit even more!
This was me fresh faced on the first day of my #KeralaBlogExpress adventure. I had to idea the surprises that #Kerala had in store for me! It was indeed the #tripofalifetime! ❤️⠀
Also, I’ve just realised that this is the third photo of me I post in a row. If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that I only started posting photos of me recently. Just trying something new. So tell me... do you prefer more travel landscape-type photos or photos with me in them? Le...t me know in the comments! 👇⠀

Getting up for sunrise may not be easy, but it’s so worth it! Especially when you get such beautiful light and are surrounded by gorgeous tea plantations like we were at Windermere Estate in Munnar, Kerala. ⠀
📷: Thank you Jinson Abraham for this portrait! I love it! 💙⠀

This could be a chalet in the Swiss Alps, but it isn’t. It is part of one of the oldest cardamom plantations in Munnar, #Kerala. A place that started off as somewhere to receive visiting friends and family, and is now a retreat where people arrive as strangers and leave as friends. ⠀
Thank you Windermere Retreats for your wonderful hospitality! ❤️
This has to be the most impressive welcome we had during #KeralaBlogExpress. So much energy and happiness! 👹👺
Some time ago I mentioned that I contributed to an article by ASEAN Southeast Asia: feel the warmth, about homestays in South East Asia, and some of you expressed an interest in reading it. So here it is! 😊
People kept asking me what my plans were after #KeralaBlogExpress and I didn’t have an answer until pretty much the very last day. In the last couple of years I have learnt to travel with very lose plans because I’ve found that the more flexible you are to opportunities, the most memorable the experience.
Like when I had the opportunity to visit Windermere River House, part of Windermere Retreats, in Neryamangalam. We went to this really cool hanging bridge over the Periyar ...River for sunset and I loved that we were they only non-locals.
Are you more of a planning person or do you go with the flow?
A big thanks to Jinson Abraham for facilitating this mini adventure!
One of the things that I love about #Kerala is that you’re never too far from water. Whether it’s the coast, the backwaters or the rivers and waterfalls in the interior. And by the water is where Kerala life happens. Like for this #Kochi family, sitting outside their home trying to keep their baby amused.
#KeralaBlogExpress is now over and slowly our lives are going back to normal. The last two weeks have been a rollercoaster of experiences exploring the incredible beauty of Kerala, but what made this a #tripofalifetime is the bunch of strangers that quickly became my friends, my family and my life over the last couple of weeks.
I’m taking memories that will stay with me forever. Miss you all! 💕💕💕
A big thanks to Kerala Tourism for the opportunity to be part of this incredible journey! ❤️
Today I was blessed by Muthappan, the personification of a Northern Kerala god. The blessing said that wherever I travel Muthappan will be looking out for me 🙏
Ps. It’s a bit of a long video but you’ll be able to find my blessing at 31min 25sec.
