Engine 37 has arrived!
Tonight the Buechel Fire Protection District conducted fire behavior training. The dollhouse we used is a perfect way to help explain the importance of controlling your openings and coordinated ventilation.

Today we pause to remember a leader, a friend, a father figure and an all around great man.

We miss Major Terry Cannon everyday and try to carry ourselves the way we know he would want us to. He will always be missed and will never be forgotten. 3704

What a great night to get out in the community and see all of the wonderful costumes and give out some candy.

Tomorrow, the Buechel Fire Protection District will remember the life of firefighter Steve Harrington.

On October 28, 1980 Firefighter Steve Harrington lost his life while searching for a child in a residential structure fire.

We will never forget the sacrifice made that day and will continue to make sure that his name lives on at the Buechel Fire Department.
