I've been asked multiple times, what is a typical core routine that you do? Well here you go! I added a modification for each exercise in case you have trouble preforming one or more of them. I preform 15-20 reps of each exercise x 3 sets. Those who are new to the exercises do 10-12 reps x 2-3sets. #burkebrownfitness #jointhecore #toneitup #makeitalifestyle #keepmoving
