It is with some sadness that we must announce that this Saturday's show will be our last on Belfast Underground Radio. Whilst we are very proud of being involved with the project right from day one, re-scheduling of shows conflict with our outside commitments. Unfortunately we cannot continue our show on that particular network. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank Dilly, Bobby and Fred for their help, support and friendship over the last two years and wish them all th...e best for the future.
This is, by no means the end of the show. We have been overwhelmed by listeners' support and we are well aware of our commitment to feature guest DJs, both local and international. We are pleased and excited to announce that we will be continuing the Chill & Nephilim Drum and Bass Show on the Skank FM network.
We hope you can tune in on Saturday at 6pm GMT when we hope to go out with a bang, with our special guest Onovo. Thanks to everyone and we look forward to our new beginnings on Skank FM.
SET TIMES FOR TOMORROW NIGHT...
9pm - 10pm Blair (Debut set)
10pm - 10.45pm Bad Operator b2b Sully (Crilli DnB)
10.45pm - 11.30pm Nick Fury (Spectrum Dublin)
11....30pm - 12.15am Chill (Step DnB) b2b Nephilim (Anamorphic)
12.15am to close (2am) Jubei (Metalheadz)
Get down early and don't miss a beat - this is set to be a blinder of a night! All the DJs are poised to rinse it out through an absolutely massive rig before our prestigious guest takes to the stage for a mammoth set of pure drum and madness!
A few people have been making a few queries, so I'll briefly go through them here...
The Oh Yeah, for those that don't know, is a fully licensed concert venue, this isn't a BYO event, so don't rock up with a carryout (lol)
Yes, the clocks go back on Sunday morning, in the early hours, but because of our archaic licensing laws, it doesn't effect any bars, so we won't be getting an extra hour. Our advice is don't be too late and risk missing out on some the fine bass activities - you'll hate yourself!!!!
We apologise to people who were unable to get advance tickets - we had to do limited numbers purely from a fiscal liquidity point of view. Although we have sold a mental amount of tickets, there will still be plenty available at the door for anyone who didn't manage to get an advance ticket online.
I'm sure I speak for all the organisers involved, here at Step Drum and Bass , as well as Crilli Dnb Belfast and Anamorphic Recordings when I say that we are really excited - we're set for a really memorable night and I hope you strap your rave boots on for an absolute belter!!
