I attended the Financial Management class at CNM and wish I had done it years ago -- it filled in many gaps in my knowledge base and identified a lot of things our nonprofit should be doing. As always CNM hosting is terrific and Kim Thomason did a great job with the instruction.

Thanks to Brenda Gadd (former Book'em board member) for being part of panel on advocacy at CNM. Very enlightening!

Our "Legislative Update, Part 2: What Bills Passed, and What Can Nonprofits Do Next?" event is happening now! Thanks to The Healing Trust & The Sycamore Institute for hosting with us. So far we've heard about specific healthcare, education, immigration, and childcare bills that were passed. Up now is a panel with lobbyists to discuss the legislative session and process. And we are honored to welcome Senator Steve Dickerson and Senator Jeff Yarbro for a Q&A at the end of the session!
