I had an amazing time yesterday at the RTS Midlands Awards!! Very pleased to announce that Transindia Documentary WON the award in Best Factual Category. I am o...verwhelmed with the award and so grateful!! Thank you so much to my family's support here and in India for believing in me and helping to make this film. Of course, a massive mention to the Hijra community for sharing their inspiring and moving stories. My University and staff for the support throughout and believing in me. Lastly, RTS for giving young filmmakers like me this wonderful platform. It was a wonderful evening, where I was able to network with many people from the industry and I also met Mark Williams! Thank you!!
