- Now I remember why I no longer get my prescriptions from CVS…from ha...ving gone there yesterday....No matter which one you go to, they are all judgmental snotty a-holes that have never seen your medical history and treat you like scum....and all this for an anti-depressant!! God forbid I was prescribed a narcotic!!! I actually had to call their HIPAA hotline a few years ago because one of the pharmacists announced my prescription out loud which they are obviously not allowed to do… Rite Aid is the way to go!!!! - I cannot get into CVS/Com/pharmacy - I get the following failure {{...heading}}{{subheading}}. I have called in many times and was told this would be fixed. I work on a MAC OS/X intel machine using Safari browser. No one believes Apple is a viable company and says they support Microsoft. They also suggest using Firefox (which is a very bad browser). They do not want to fix it but try to give me the runaround trying to get me to forget the issue. If I do I will go to another pharmacy. CVS and Walgreens are now very terrible. Walgreens has always been the pits. CVS used to be a good company but not are worse that Walgreens. I may go to a small local company and forget using technology as the major firms don't know how to implement it. It is just sad that customer service is no longer something companies do. See More
