At the party, we're opening Noah's red wine collections that she's been collecting for years.. Also, our party chef, Matt from Sydney is going to cook delicious food that matches red wine, so please look forward to it too.

It's all you can eat and drink style of party, until the food and wine are gone, so please make sure to be hungry.

今回のパーティーでは、ノアが長年かけて集めた秘蔵のワインコレクションを大量奉仕！貴重なコレクションを、一気に開けちゃいます

This week's 'Organic curry of the week' is, Organic pumpkins curry! :D :D :D
In Japan, pumpkin is seasonal vegetable during winter time, which means we won't make this curry again until next winter.. Because they are organic, they won't be able to grow if the season is different. Our food follows nature's law. :)

今週のオーガニックカレーは、有機カボチャのほくほくカレーでーす（≧∇≦）
日本で、カボチャは冬の季節野菜。有機栽培のため、旬の時期にしか育たないので、今回のが終わったら、来年までこのカレーは封印です✨自然のリズムに合わせて食べると、食べ物がいっそう美味しいのです(^^)

I always think about many things throughout my days of running this place.
Every day, I realise/learn something new, make mistakes, try to make the mistake worthwhile, and then try new approaches. Having that fact in my mind, honestly, I’m so grateful that I can do my job under that sort of amazing environment, and that I can improve and grow because I am imperfect. :)

Our manager, Genaro's back in Mexico at the moment.. So, from tonight until the end of next month, Noah, Luke, and Lucas will be at the bar every night unless we have things to do outside. :3
