Due to combined effects of TD Ramil and northeast monsoon or Amihan, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms is expected over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, ABRA, APAYAO, BENGUET, IFUGAO, KALINGA, and MT PROVINCE....
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon. Also, thunderstorm is MORE likely to develop over BENGUET and nearby areas.
PAGASA Baguio says rainy weather in the Cordilleras may persist until next week, November 6. With this forecast, the public is alerted against possible rain-induced landslides. Likewise, LDRRMCs are advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
