As a CAN DO March 2018 participant, I learned more about MS in my week with CAN DO than I knew since I had been diagnosed two years earlier. CAN DO helped my husband and I understand what we were through and how to improve OUR Quality of Life DESPITE living with MS.

I am, I can and I will be a better me each new day.

I need your help to reach 100 recipes by the end of this month! So far we have about 30… Here’s the deal:
Walk MS team, team Motivation is making a cookbook this year. Last year we did a cookbook ca...lled Just Desserts. It was full of over 50 dessert recipes. This year we are doing Simply Salads and Super Soups. What we need, is a bunch of soup and salad recipes!
I have set it up so you can go online and simply input recipes for us. We are looking for at least 100 recipes! If you do nothing else with this blog, please click on this link and add a recipe of your own! Your recipe can be really simple or very complex, whichever you like... just as long as it is good!

It's sad when you read stories about people that can climb or run or ride a bicycle when most of us and I have primary Progressive have lost that ability.

Hello all,

My name is Kate Milliken, and I've had RRMS since 2006....

A few days ago, I launched an Indiegogo campaign for a project I have been working on for over a year, a new online community for people living with MS, and for their caregivers and supporters:

It would be so valuable to me if you take a look and PASS IT ON! Facebook, Twitter, your MS friends. To be successful, I need to spread the word and inform as many people in the MS community as I can. Feel free to contact me through Facebook if you have any questions!

I'm deeply grateful.

It has b...een hard for me to lose weight bc I can't exercise much and bc of my thyroid. I tried this new all natural weight loss system call Xyngular Products - Lose Weight & Feel Great . Not only is it helping me lose weight I'm starting to feel healthier. I'm sleeping better, have more energy and my memory is sharper. This is a MUST SEE. I have wasted so much money on medications, other weight loss programs and I wish I would have found this sooner. Xyngular Works!!! Visit for even more info. See More
