Hi Friends and Family of Catalyst!

I don't know about you, but I never carry a checkbook or cash. I use my credit and debit card for all my purchases and bills. So if I forget my checkbook on Sunday, I'm tempted to just skip that week of giving. So now we have a solution...

We're excited to offer you a new way to give to Catalyst using your smart phone. It's easy and it's secure, and uses the same technology as when we all pay our bills and buy a latte at Common Ground Coffee... House. You can give a one time gift or set up a recurring offering. I know this will hellp me be faithful to my commitment to support what God is doing in and through Catalyst Covenant Church!

The video in this message has been custom made for Catalyst - the phone number at end of the video is used just for the Catalyst account. We invite you to give it a try and if you have any questions, give us a call at 320-766-5725.

Of course you can continue to give with check or cash on Sundays. We appreciate you and your support as we follow the Lord Jesus Christ together and allow Him to transform many lives through Catalyst, beginning with us!

See you on Sunday!

Pastor Jim Black

Have a blessed weekend and see you on Sunday!

...

We meet at 10am, Common Ground Coffee House, 516 Hawthorne St, in the Upper Room.

Jeff Burton, Director of Pastoral Care & Development

Hi Catalyst Family,

Tomorrow we will continue to talk about “Chazown,” which is the Old Testament Hebrew world for “vision.”

The Bible tells us,...
“Where there is no vision (chazown), the people perish...
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭29:18‬ ‭

God has a vision for each of us, and He wants us to find it and live it out. It is the purpose for which you were made.

Come join us as we seek God’s vision together.

See you tomorrow!

We meet at 10am, Common Ground Coffee House, 516 Hawthorne St.

***put this on your calendar***
Next Sunday, February 4th, we will have a guest speaker, Rev. Jeff Burton, with a pot-luck dinner following worship.

Join us for our worship gathering as we worship consider “Chazown”, which means “Vision.”
God has a vision for each of us, and for our community. He wants us to know what it is, and live it out together...

Scripture says:
“If people can’t see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves; But when they attend to what he reveals, they are most blessed.”...
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭29:18‬ ‭MSG‬‬

(And the more familiar version)

“Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keeps the law, happy is he.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭29:18‬ ‭KJV‬

See you there!

"There is someone that I love even though I don't approve of what he does. There is someone I accept though some of his thoughts and actions revolt me. There is someone I forgive though he hurts the people I love the most. That person is me." ~ C.S. Lewis

Hi Catalyst Friends and Family,

Don’t miss our worship gathering this Sunday! We have Jim Winkels and Darla Engstrom with us to share their story of giving and receiving.

“John answered, “Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same.””...
‭‭Luke‬ ‭3:11‬ ‭NIV‬‬

See you tomorrow!

We meet at 10am, Common Ground Coffee House, 516 Hawthorne St

Note: There will be no potluck dinner this week. We’ll take a break from all the holiday eating!
