We had a great day today. Our first time at the track. It started out a little shaky with the rain. We actually started to go back to Cabot because of it. So we went to get lunch and started hom...e. We got to Morrilton turned around and went back. It turned out to be such a wonderful day.
The only thing I wish y’all could look into is making it mandatory for small children to wear hearing protection.
We seen several very small children with no hearing protection by the fence.

For anyone wandering about the facility or track surface condition....Let me ease your mind. Wayne and Patty have poured their heart and soul into this project and the improvements are outstanding. Th...e new concrete track is smooth as one could ask for. I unloaded a 4.60 / 151 mph dragster with brand new sticker tires and proceeded to manage 9 runs within 2 hundredths thru the afternoon and into the night for the win. The new and improved Centerville Dragway is great place to visit and the competition is nothing short of amazing. Good atmosphere, good people and they take pride in the service they offer. See More

Well had a good Saturday at Centerville Dragway in Arkansas. Raced in Street division with about 26 cars. You could buy back after first round or second round.
I really like that but I never had to bu...y back.
Cheryl made it to third round and Bernie made it to the fourth round and won $25.
I ran Bernie in the fourth round and we had identical reaction times. But Bernie was 2 over his time and I ran one over my time. I went two more rounds into the finals.
YES I finally won. Yee Haw. My son in law would have been proud of me.
Not because I won but I really love this track. The hospitality of the owners Wayne and Patty Styles and all the efficient staff makes your racing day fun. Win or lose this a great family track.
Looking forward to tomorrow.

All of the improvements are wonderful. Track surface looked great and the lighting is awesome. Removing the tree sure made it easier to see from the stands. Food was good just wish something could be ...done about the long line to order. I can only imagine how a crowded Sunday would be. Centerville has come along way since I started going 30 plus yrs ago. Great job to everyone. See More

I have yet to see the new racing surface but I know that Wayne will do the best he can possibly do. I have raced at this track since the 1970's. I believe it was about 75 or 76 when I first raced Wayne was just as friendly then as he is now. I was out of racing for about 25 years and the first time I showed my face Wayne remembered me! I wish them all the best and am proud to know them. See More

The track looked great and seemed as if everyone was running good on it last night. The fencing for spectators was good quality too. On the other hand, the concession was still horrible as usual with ...lines backed up making everyone frustrated having to stand in line for drinks and food. I said before the track had been done that y'all needed to add at least 2-3 more windows to get people moving through so they're not standing in line for 30 minutes missing the races they paid to get in to watch. Also the bathroom sink looks like it needed to be replaced with the rest of the update and we didn't have paper towels for most of the night to dry our hands. I did notice that most trash cans were overflowing with trash. May need more people hired for next season to keep everything up better. I am definately not the only one that was complaining last night. I realize most of this review isn't great but I figure y'all would want to hear the truth. I just hope next season is better in all aspects. It's nothing that can't be improved. See More

I'd have to say I moved from the state of Michigan, growing up on a quarter mile strip in the back yards of our local community, this has to be as close to home away from home as it gets, I have been ...attending events for the past three years now and love every bit of it , from the fellow racers to the wonderful staff this track has what everyone of us as racers , hot rodders and weekend warriors need and want from a operation like this , I have made this my home track, I drive a weekender , bracket truck she not much but she is all mine and thanks to the wonder ppl at centerville dragway I get the chance to open her lungs and stretch her legs, my team is ready for the reopen of 2016 . #supersleeper #501racing #AFSCA #GarbageSmell #F&SMotorsports See More

I have been bracket racing since 1985. Ive raced at all the tracks in Arkansas. I have raced alot of other tracks from Mississippi to Oklahoma to Tennesee....And I will have to say that the Styles fam...ily run a class act dragstrip. It is by far the best track in Arkansas. And it is by far the friendliest atmosphere to be in. Its like we are all family. Special thanks to the Styles family for having this awesome facility for us to enjoy each raceday. A+++++ All The Way! See More

Everything was good except that when I was signing the form they make you sign, the lady insisted I signed a fake name and she wanted my ID and I signed my real name. She wasn't even nice about it. Sh...e was very rude. See More

It's THIS weekend! For 25 years we've been rocking the Arkansas Street Legal State Championship and it's still our biggest, baddest race of the year! If you like heads-up racing action Centerville is the place to be this Saturday. We want to giveaway 2 passes to the race to YOU! Just "like and share" this status and we will draw a winner on Thursday! Can't wait to see you ALL at the 'Ville this weekend 🏁. *Please note that we will have a TNT Friday night from 5:30-10:30, no TNT Saturday. All class rules are on the website* #Seeyouattheville
In the past 24 years we've worked to create a racing environment that is fun, affordable and safe for everyone to enjoy. When you decide to come to a race track you get peace of mind. Yes, there aren't tracks on every corner, but here in Arkansas you can get to one within a couple of hours. From an owners perspective we work to provide a program with variety that fits both the heads up and bracket enthusiasts. We support not only our local economy by attracting tourists, but also our state economy by paying in additional tourism taxes that go along with an attraction like this. Operating a seasonal business is not an easy task. We are always at the mercy of the weather, and the dwindling number of dedicated racers and fans. Over the past couple of years we've seen a shift in the glorification of street racing and it's definitely had its impact on our business. While the spotlight on the racing scene is great, it's not the kind of publicity we want for the sport we love. The truth is we pay thousands of dollars in taxes, insurance, supplies, medical support, and prize money every week to make a race happen. Organizing a race on the street may seem innocent, but not only are you potentially impacting the life of innocent people, you are also unfairly competing with a business like ours that's poured our lives into providing a safe place to race. The answer is not more race tracks, we've seen a lot of nice tracks go out of business because of the lack of support. The answer is not supporting illegal street racing. Even if the authorities are letting it happen, even if you think it's contained, even if you think it's innocent, it's not. We hope you are hearing the heart behind this message. We appreciate your support of what we stand for and hope you will take time to visit not just us, but your local dragstrip soon. #seeyouattheville

On this Veterans Day we want to say THANK YOU to all who have served this great country 🇺🇸! We know so many of our racers have also served and we’d love to see your pictures in the comments. This picture is of our own Veteran, the late Bill Richardson, husband of Essie (better know by our regulars as Abuella)who runs our concession stand and father of Patty. Bill served 20 years and 9 days as a Senior Master Sergeant Load Master in the United States Air Force. This picture is of him coming home after a tour with Essie, Patty, her sister Phyllis and brother Johnny.
