This is what you do when you have your ceremony elsewhere but your reception at Chaumette and you really want to avoid driving. That helicopter’s job is done and it is going up, up and away!

We can hardly express how thankful we are to have received this honor. We made it to The Knot Hall of Fame! 🎉💍 Only the top 2% of wedding pros receive The Knot Best of Weddings award and because we have won 4 years in a row now we have been added to their Hall of Fame. Thank you to all the Chaumette couples, their families and friends for making this possible.

Huge thank you to Beth and the Chaumette team for giving me the wedding of my dreams! It was absolutely breathtaking. Beth made everything so easy which helped keep this bride incredibly calm. The fo...od and dinls were delicious and the barn was stunning! I was actually able to enjoy myself and I know it will be a day I'll never forget (even with the lady bugs visit!). Thank you again for giving us the most perfect wedding reception that fit mine and Chris' personalities. You all are wonderful! See More

The wine was great, my wife and I loved the blanc. The food was fantastic, especially the new Orleans shrimp. We drove 3 hours to try this winery and it was definitely worth the drive. We have already... planned on coming back on the near future and staying the night in one of the villas so we can enjoy the wine even more. See More

Yesterday I 2nd shot a wedding w/ @Cieara Ruess Photography for The Martin Wedding. I cannot say enough great things about the Chaumette Staff. Collins was so incredibly helpful to us. She kept us up ...to date all day on how things were running and consistently asked if we needed anything on top of what she and her staff were already doing for the Bride and Groom. Cieara and I were both extremely impressed w/ her attention to detail and how seamlessly the staff worked throughout the day. The food was also delicious. In our profession we eat a TON of wedding food and this was some the best we have had and we really enjoyed the family style serving! Thank you Chaumette for a wonderful experience working as a vendor at one of your events. Definitely will be recommending your venue to future clients. Thank you, Britaney-Owner/Photographer @got2bme photography See More

I love the view, it's spectacular, the food was great, all except my husband's dish had what tasted like frozen then thawed out rice. If spending 30.00 per dish, everything should be fresh, other than... that everything was fantastic. I had the tenderloin and he had the amazing Hawaiian walu fish which is now going to be hard to beat, as we love great fish. The staff there are wonderful, I don't remember her name, but I imagine it was the manager, and I called again too late, 9 am Friday morning to see if there were any open tables, and of course there weren't, but she put me on a waiting list and insured me I may possibly be able to get squeezed in. Then she called at 2 to say a spot was open. That is excellent customer service. We will definitely be back.
Only suggestions are that there be just a little more bread on the antipasto plate, and the menu include great kids options. We always have our children, or our youngest atleast , but we also love more than just fried food options such as chicken strips. We eat pretty healthy and so do our kids. Having grilled options, and a variety of such is what we look for if we go out as a family.

Simply the best winery in the area! Hank and Jackie are very welcoming to all their guests. Food is excellent and pairs well with their wines. Such a relaxing place to spend the afternoon on their dec...k overlooking the vineyards. Nice to have the knockout roses at the end of each row of vines. Practical and pretty. Highly recommend visiting the winery! See More

A very beautiful vineyard in Southeast Missouri. We were visiting St. Genevive for the day and decided to take a side trip to Chaumette Vineyard in the afternoon...well worth the visit! Beautiful se...tting, and some very good Missouri wines make the trip worthwhile. We plan on coming back during a weekend in the Fall to take advantage of the small hotel they have on premise and to bring our bikes for rides in the country. Great place! See More

Another wonderful trip to Chaumette. The weather, views, food & wine were excellent. The sunset was amazing and I know that wasn't anything to do with the restaurant. But it made it all the more pleas...ant. My fave wine is the Chardanell unoaked. But the rose which is limited came home in a case with us to memphis. Outstanding. . See More

Grounds were beautiful. Food was delicious and brought to our table by a chef. Restaurant server...he was really good. Tried his best in spite of being busy and overwhelmed. Hostess had attitude u...pon arrival. We didn't know reservations were recommended as we were in town for only few hours. Too pretentious for my taste. Manager left alot to be desired. Not very engaging. Looked unhappy. I am not sure I'd recommend eating at restaurant again. Think it's best to order food to go and sit alone outside at one of the tables. See More

We visited today for the first time, and it was absolutely wonderful!

The burger was amazing! The chardonel was nice and dry given we don't like sweet wines. The deck was wonderful, and our server Ti...m was excellent and personable. :)

The deck overlooks a gorgeous vineyard. Worth the drive. We had such a lovely time that we are planning a trip back soon.
