Very friendly staff. Good food. I had the pan fried chicken with steamed broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. Very flavorful;

The only problem with Checkers is the name, it makes me think of a diner... a burgers and fries place, but it's not that. The food is great with a number of opt...ions from lasagna to salmon, the staff was attentive and friendly, the decor reminiscen

We usually stop here at least once during every trip to Calistoga.

For the past 11 years, my husband and I make it a priority to eat here at least once every time we visit the valley. It was our favorite date-night

Very fast and friendly service. Orders come out fast and still hot. Food is delicious and filling.

Very friendly staff. Good food. I had the pan fried chicken with steamed broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. Very flavorful; perfectly steamed broccoli. The br...eading on the pan fried chicken wasn't necessary in my opinion. My husband had the fire cracker chicken. He said it was very good. Not too spicy, and he liked the different textures with soft and crispy noodles. Oh and the fococcia with the meal was delicious.
