Last weeks project was to convert a polly-carbanate conservatory roof into a traditional insulated tapco tile roof with plaster finish and spotlights inside. The customers were fed up of not being able to use this part of the house in the height of summer for being to hot and winter when cold. They are extremely happy with the end result and so are we.
We have another happy customer!
They had and old conservatory that never got used and they needed a little more space so decided to extend.
We built them a full width extension with volted roof and velux windows. They opted for French doors with large fixed panels to the side instead of bifolding doors which allow plenty of light in.
They were keen for the extension to blend in with the existing house which I think we achieved.
Brilliant customers to work for thankyou.
We've just finished an extension for a customer on a bungalow where we created a bigger kitchen /dining area with an extra toilet. We re-arranged the hall way and bathroom to accommodate an extra doorway which works really well.
We k-rendered the outside in pewter grey and fit a composite door for added security.
This is a complete back to brick terrace house refurbishment that we have completed.
As you can see from the pictures it's undergone alot of work to turn it into a stunning open plan modern feel property. We knocked it all back to brick removed the floors and internal walls to start a fresh and also the damo cold kitchen extension
.It features black on white windows including sash at the front. A 360° log burner sat on smoked glass harth, glass and wood staircase. Karndean flooring throughout. A new kitchen extension with velux windows and black gloss kitchen. Upstairs we recommend arranged the layout to make 2 large bedrooms and a practical yet classy bathroom.
It just goes to show what you can turn your average terrace house into with a bit of imagination.
Another job complete. An extension to the rear, with bifolding doors .Removal of rear house walls , supported with steel beams. All plastered, finished with skirting board and led lights.
The extension and back wall were finished in ivory k-rend.
We then landscaped the garden using Indian stone flags and artificial grass, perfect for the customers little boy to play.
This project was to build a luxury boarding kennels and catteries in Salterforth using random stone and reclaimed window surrounds so that it was in keeping with the surrounding area. We think it blends in very nice.
Inside we installed the chamber and build an indoor exercise area, separate kennels and offices.
we were asked to create a dinning space that was airy and light so we built them an extension with glass roof and bi- folding doors that bring the garden seamlessly into the kitchen great for entertaining or bbqs we also landscaped all the rear garden, put a conservatory on.
