I had a pleasure of purchasing my first home with William last year. I bought my first home with William back in 2007 and when it came time to move on and purchase my second home in 2015, William was the only person I reached out to. As a successful executive working the investment banking industry, I did not have the time to research the housing market or understand the different areas for where I was interested in buying. William provided the unbiased and objective expertise I was exactly looking for and provided me with insights on different options from the quality of the builders, the demographics of the neighbourhoods and he was very informative about pointing out details of each house we looked at. I first bought a condo through William a few years ago and the process was seamless. It was great to work with someone who knew the real estate market as well as William. Recently, we decide to purch...ase a home and once again called William to help with selling our Condo and purchasing the new home. The Condo sold relatively quickly and we got our price. When we purchased the home, William made sure he looked out for our best interests.

My husband and I would highly recommend William to be your real estate agent for buying or selling home. William helped my cousin buying his first home last year. We were impressed hearing from my cou...sin on how William was able to communicate effectively with the home owner that speaks little English and manage to negotiate to the price that my cousin is looking for! So I told my husband when we are ready to sell our current home and buy a new home, we should consider William to be our real estate agent.

Toronto house market has been incredibly hot in last few years thus we decided to start looking in spring 2015. William is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and patient to all the questions we have regarding selling and buying. He knows about real estate really well. He knows what to look for in a house, helping us understand about the real estate process, and doing whatever is needed. He responds very quickly and is very reliable. You will always feel that you are his top priority client. After discussing with William, we decided to buy first before selling our current home. He is super-efficient. He short-listed the houses that meet our needs and budget and we are able to visit and view 20+ houses over 2 weeks’ time! Shortly after that we decided to put the first offer to a home that we love in Markham area. I’ve heard many peoples said that usually you won’t be able to get the home you like the most because it’s a seller market and it is likely there will be more than one offer for a house in a great location. With multiple offers trying to compete, the price may jack up way out of your budget range. Thus, getting the right agent is really important. Not surprisingly, there were three offers for the home that we were putting offer in. Guess what, we GOT THE HOUSE! The seller agent congratulated us and indicated that William has represented us very well and the seller really like him.

After we got the new home, we have to sell our current home before the closing date. We were racing with the time! William gave us some advice on what repairs and fix-up that can be done to the current home to increase the market value before listing for sale. We took the advice and again it’s another success. William helped us to sell our current home within 2 weeks at the price that we are looking for. Everything was happened so quickly but smoothly! Even after we got the keys, William has been in touch and assured for help for any guidance or information. We’d work with him for any future real estate needs.
