Almost three weeks after UL Lafayette fired Coach Michael Lotief, the University is naming a new head softball coach.
Gerry Glasco is taking the program over in the midst of scandal and allegations of abuse surrounding Coach Lotief. Glasco is the fourth head coach in the 38-year history of Ragin’ Cajuns Softball. He previously coached at Auburn, Texas A&M and the University of Georgia, racking up a decade of SEC experience.

Four female professors are at the center of a controversy after making allegations against a few of their male counterparts. Jazmin Thibodeaux News15 sat down with them for an exclusive interview.

Four female professors are sparking controversy after making allegations against a few of their male counterparts. "My initial complaint was filed in March of l...ast year. It was initiated by a series of events that occurred with one of the male colleagues in our college," said Dr. Patricia Lanier, UL Professor.
