This is the first time I've ever been to this restaurant and I was so disappointed to learn that it's closing in two weeks! The food was absolutely amazing and the prices extremely reasonable for auth...entic "Italian" Italian food. Had I known about it before now I would've been a regular. Apparently they just didn't get enough regular traffic although tonight, all 12 tables were filled. See More

After a one year hiatus, Cibo is back! New chef: Jennifer Buehler Burfield, formerly of Cure. A wonderful, experienced staff. Edgy, urban modern decor. But best of all, a fantastic menu. I have ...now eaten here about 6 times, and have never had something I didn't like. If you haven't been here since it closed last year, come back and try the new menu. You won't be sorry. And outdoor seating available as soon as the weather decides that it really is warm enough. And BYOB See More

I enjoyed every menu item I ordered. The flat bread was visually pleasing and the taste fantastic. I also enjoyed the pickled vegetables & salted cod, I don't know the correct Italian name. My salad w...ith butter lettuce and fancy radishes with truffle oil was flavorful and light. I can't wait to come back to sample so much more. A job well done Cibo!! See More

Just ate a fabulous meal at Cibo! So many wonderful dishes! The muscles oh my, elk carpaccio wow, hand made pastas with eggplant, oyster and porcini mushroom, buccatini, and hand made roasted garlic r...avioli. Oh my it was all so good! Four of us split four amazing desserts the Affogato was our #1 pick really delicious. Oh wait we also had the flat bread, salmon, and duck confit which were totally delicious too. Head Chef Jen knows how to run a kitchen. BYOB is always great. Food is outstanding. Service is always friendly. Can be a casual meet up or a great spot for a romantic day night. If you haven't tried ...Cibo, you're missing out. See More

The food at Cibo is sooo good!! I recommend the beef sugo and the rabbit (2 of my favorites). A well deserved 5 stars!

There is only one thing wrong with CIBO - I can't get enough! I am beginning to fear the staff will think I am a stalker. I'm beginning to fear it myself.

I just had a great meal at Cibo Pittsburgh with my family.
I ate Lamb chops with roast potatoes and other magnificent food.
The appetizers are magnificent and the main courses, wonderful.
