I was there for a fund raiser event. I did some research prior to attending, wondering who would benefit. This place seems fabulous! Offering care for people who do not have enough, if any, insurance ...but also offering services to anyone in need of assistance. Please look into them and consider utilizing or referring anyone who may need more than what our current healthcare system provides. See More

What steps do I take to get connected to food assistance?

1. Call Citrine Health at (425) 259-9899 to fill out a Basic Food application. We will submit it to DSHS for you, tell you where to go for your followup interview and what to take with you.

2. Complete an interview at DSHS. If eligible, they will issue an EBT card to be used at grocery stores, convenience stores and select farmers' markets for food.
