Why doesn't the city plow the streets in Washington heights. Driving in Fremont today the streets are dry. where we live in the northern part of Washington heights the streets are terrible. The slush... is so deep it's hard to drive. ☹️ See More

Far less traffic than Omaha and don't get me started about how much more fortunate we are when it comes to crime. Room for improvement...sure, but who's complaining? It takes positive community involv...ement to initiate change. No matter where you live, there are going to be frustrations and inconveniences...It could always be worst. See More

Why is it that CITY OF FREMONT: feels they are not responsible for an accident that happened in one of their parking lots: I fell Christmas Eve and severely twisted and sprained my ankle due to the pa...rking lot not being cleared which is costing me several thousands of Dollars in medical bills I received a letter from their insurance company stating the are not being held responsible::::Then why are residential owners, Business Owners, Employers held responsible if you happen to fall and get hurt???? on their property!!!!!! I read about City Improvement all the time and they can spend thousands and thousands of dollars I feel on things that don't need attention ASAP, but can't be held responsible one of their City Residents;; This is so not right Really City of Fremont and I am not the only person this has also happened to one of my co workers which was also denied and her leg was broke See More

I love my home town, it is small enough to get around and has most shopping needed, I have lived in Des Moines, Iowa for 30 years and would love to move back and be close to my family. City government... might not have all their poop in a group, but I just avoid my Fremont and proud as a peacock to be a HUSKER!!!!! See More

Our representative government has failed us again. Remember what happened the last time city council tried to "overrule" the people?

We want transparency, we want the truth and we want to know what've tried to buy us into with Costco. Impact studies and public hearings before ANY more forward motion.

Fremont Department of Utilities is a joke! Charging $55 for a reconnect fee if your utilities get shut off! On top of that, they make you pay your current charges, that aren't even due yet plus the due balance! I understand paying the past due balance but the reconnect fee is outrageous! See More

I just moved to Fremont and have been welcomed into the community with open arms. If I had any questions for the city they have always answered them.
