From the beginning of our precautionary lock down of City Hall and City services, we stated that we would be monitoring developments and would respond accordingly. As many of you already know, there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the Adams County area, which is prompting us to institute a more complete lock down of City Hall and the Sutton Memorial Library. During this time we will not be allowing customers in to City Hall unless they have set up prior appointment via phone call. The Sutton Memorial Library will be discontinuing their drive-up check out services. We understand that this is a very trying time and we appreciate the understanding and flexibility our citizens have shown.
