Effective 3/31/2020 – City of Lake Wales Recreation Parks & Recreation Update - This decision was made in an effort to be proactive, rather than reactive, and is line with what our surrounding communities are doing. The following will be closed to the public until further notice; Crystal Lake Tennis Courts, Soccer Complex, and Harmony Dog Park, Lincoln Ave/Stoudemire Park, and the following playgrounds; Crystal Lake Park, Northwest Complex, Kiwanis Park, Stuart Park, Walker ...Family Park, Howell Family Park. Crystal Lake Park Restrooms will also be closed until further notice.

Please see below for current status of all Parks and Recreation facilities:

• Lake Wailes Park Basketball Court –half-court basketball play only Lake Wailes Park
• Crystal Lake Park – playground closed, no access to Tennis Pro Shop, no access to tennis courts, no access to restroom Crystal Lake Play Park, Lake Wales
• Northwest Complex AKA Frazier Field –playground closed, half-court basketball play only, remove net from one tennis court, no access to lights or restrooms
• Lincoln Ave/Stoudemire – park closed
• Soccer Complex- closed to the public

• Little League Fields- closed to the public

• Kiwanis Park- playground closed
