I am seeking ways to serve our residents better by listening and acting upon their suggestions while bringing in over 600 million dollars of new businesses into Adelanto in less than 3 years. I am pr...oud to be living in Adelanto for many years. The horizone of change is in the forcast for Adelanto" part of all the wonderful venues this year.. Rodeos, The Grand Prix, Concerts, The YardBirds Baseball Events, Professional Soccer, Little League, Movies in the Park, just to name a few . Bring your talents into our progressive city, your always Welcome! We are diversified in terms of cultures and opportunties. We are in the mist of building new housing to accomadate our growing population. We also have in place employment, first for our residents, when new business comes to Adelanto. We have Neighborhood Watch as well as Adelanto Sheriffs for our safety. The Sun Rises and Sun Sets are gorgeous.... Come visit The City of Adelanto .. you will want to stay! See More

Adelanto isn’t the best city I’ve ever lived in but it’s definitely not the worst. I see it trying to make progress and I applaud its efforts but there are a few issues myself and other residents woul...d like to see done first.
1) make a grocery store in “old Adelanto” around where city hall is so residents without proper transportation don’t have to travel so far for decent groceries.
2) please fix the roads. Namely Bartlett Ave. It does more harm than you know.
3) better the schools and add closer jr. highs and high schools. It’s saddening seeing so many kids walking to bus stops at 5 and 6am just to get to school on time. Not to mention it’s dangerous.

Those are my top complainants. Besides those there is nothing wrong with the city. It’s open and quiet and rather relaxing with the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the mountains. The stars shine like diamonds in the sky at night and (if you get a good area) the neighbors are awesome. Sure there are a few bad apples and some crime but what city doesn’t have that? As long as everyone works together and helps each other I know we can make this city a amazing place to live!

Love the small town feel here. We have been here since 1994 and have never had an issue. It really breaks my heart to see the bad views that others in this valley have of our city.

With the city being broke. It's up keep is floundering. It is sad. It has potential if everyone would pull together and care enough to keep it clean . I wonder about those in charge of the city. I fee...l those running the city are overpaid and not doing their jobs. There just seems to be something not right. See More

Nothing for our kids to do. The so call sports facilities are outdated, dilapidated, have no real enjoyment for the kids to let loose.... All these so called politicians just wanna line their pockets... and have the parks in their area look nice... Sad... Even this towns mayor owns the building that was once the boys n girls club???? Now the property sits vacant for some outlandish bullcrap.... See More

Aco Stevens has been so wonderful helping to reunite lost animals with their owners. He has gone above and beyond to help get stray/lost animals off the streets to safety.
