1starStating that a Franchise Fee is not a TAX is a falsehood. Why do you want to take money that is not Beaverton' s. Will yo...u tax anyone in the United States because all the roads are connected?
What a sad excuse of a City.
Why tax people outside of your boundaries? If a citizens property is outside your your boundaries it is wrong to tax people.
Do you enjoy stealing? Do you enjoy theft? Those are two illegal proceduresthat your City is currently engaged in. I hope other City's choose to be upstanding and see your bullying tactics for what they are. Theft. See More
Matt Jarbo1starI love Beaverton, but right now I am supremely disappoint ed in how the city is handling the Farmington Road Project. The... lack of communicat ion of the TWO MONTHS of nighttime constructi on is completely unethical, unnecessar y, and absolutely destructiv e to the lives of the people who live directly next to the constructi on. 9pm-5am nightly work is what we have to live with, and their lack of sympathy or compassion for the residents of the city is appalling. I see no reason why this constructi on cannot take place during the day. See More
