The maintenance staff is great, but good fucking luck trying to find parking. It's bullshit that I have to park in the front of the complex in a visitors when I... live in the back of the complex just to park and walk a great distance to get to my apartment. There are more tenants than available parking, it's a pretty big deal. If that wasn't the case then why not assign at least one parking spot per unit?oh yea Btw , the rent for a 1 bedroom will cost you as much if not more than the mortgage of a home. Like I said the maintenance crew is amazing. Obviously my biggest problem is the parking and the money wanted by the owner just to live in a quite small place. There have been nice renovations and accommodations recently added but it still doesn't justify $950 a month for a 1 bedroom See More

RENTERS BEWARE!! Find a house for rent instead; I’m paying less now with a large fenced yard and plenty of storage space.
I lived here for over 3 years. In No...v 2015 a pipe broke in my wall behind my shower. I called the office as soon as I noticed water in my carpet, approx. 4:45 pm. I received a call back stating the ‘ON CALL’ maintenance worker that day would be working his other job until 10 pm and that he would come after that. When he showed up, he said he thought he knew where the leak was and would call the plumber out the next day. Plumber came and went. A drywall and tile guy came and went. However, I was left the suck up the standing water in my carpet by myself with my own carpet cleaner for OVER 48 HOURS. When the carpet man did finally come, he told us that he was called the day before then cancelled because they wanted the tile guy to come first. Nobody ever dried out the inside of the wall. One Maintenance worker told me there were several inches of water in the wall. Low and behold, when we moved out in mid Feb, there was mold growing in the back of the linen closet in the bathroom.
The office assistant told me TWICE in Feb. that we would be prorated Feb rent and would receive a refund check in the mail, once when I paid my Feb rent, and again on the morning of the 24th when I turned in all of our keys. After 45 days I reached out to inquire why I had not received our final move out inspection report and refund for the 24th – 29th of Feb. Javier, the property manager told me that we were on a month to month lease and that we did not provide them at least 15 days notice prior to the end of the month that we were leaving. I have documentation that we provided them notice in December, over 60 days, as well as communication via email, which he replied to, on Feb 8th. Clearly they were notified we were leaving. Javier refuses to refund us our 5 days rent, and instead claims we still owe them our final water bill and threaten to send us to collections.
We are seeking legal representation at this time and intend to file suit against Clairmont on the Green in small claims court. Save yourself the troubles and look elsewhere.

Maintenance puts a band aid over the problem! They don't fix it! No hot water for 2 days. I used to love this place! Lived here for two years. Definitely considering not signing another lease!!!

Horrible turnover rate. I was there for 3 years and had atleast 4 managers. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, it took forever to get them over to fix!

HORRID STAFF OTHER THAN JOHN. HE'S A MANAGER NOW SO YOU DON'T EVER GET TO DEAL WITH THE ONLY COMPETENT PERSON ON STAFF. I MOVED OUT A FEW MOS BACK. THE PACE IS ...TURNING INTO A PROJECT. THEY LET ANYONE MOVE IN THERE. THE BUILDING IS SO OLD, EVERYTHING BREAKS OR IS FALLING APART, AND THEIR MAITENANCE IS SLOWER THAN ALL HELL. HALF OF THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE DO NOT WORK AND THEY DON'T RESPECT THE PROPERTY AT ALL. THEY LEAVE THEIR GARBAGE OUT FOR DAYS ON END AND THE COPS ARE THERE EVERYDAY!!! MY FUSE BOX THERE WAS A FIRE HAZARD AND THEY WOULDN'T REPLACE IT. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON, BUT DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. RENT ELSEWHERE! CLAIRMONT ON THE PROJECTS IS A DUMP!!! See More
