Bad experience s with this company. This is the second time i tried giving them a chance in 5 years. First time it was bad quality frames. This last time they sent me the wrong prescripti on in my cheap... quality frames they sent...and it took longer then they promised. They took money out of my account when I ordered the glasses.(W hich was what I approved and am okay with) . But then they took money out again 2weeks later with out my approval and because of the second unapproved withdrawal they have caused my bank account some issues with other allocated funds. Some heads up would have been good to know. Now Im in the hole on my banking account plus an Insufficie nt Funds charge. And I dont even have the glasses as I returned them as I requested because of the wrong prescripti on.(Which by the way was assisted in filling out via over the phone customer service when I first made the order) I dont recommend this company to anyone. And for those that got a good experience on their orders...w ell in my personal opinion... you dodged a bullet because dealing with these ppl after a mistake has been made on their part is realitivly impossible to correct in a timely manner from a customers stand point. Those who know me know I am a very honest person. I pride myself on always taking responsibi lity. 7 months ago I reordered glasses from @Clearly.c a because my lens had fallen out. I received them and ...really love the style so was hoping it wouldnt happen again but the first day it did. I have ordered from clearly many times and never had an issue so since it was a busy time for us, i put them in the case and figured i would return them sometime within the 365 day warranty because why would i want the same pair that fell apart twice? As many people as i have recommende d ordering from them based on our experience s, i am now questionin g whether I should have...I called last evening and really felt like they were questionin g my honesty. After a lengthy hold and them claiming i wore them for the 7 months months when i hadnt as the lens fell out the first day they decided the only way they will refund is if i send them back and their lab inspects them to ensure it is a defect...s o what, they think i am popping lenses out on purpose then ordering the exact same pair to do it again? Unreal! Their warranty policy is 365 days for refund or exchange.. .but they may question your honesty in the process... See More

I had an eye check up at Clearly in West 4th in Vancouver- Asgarpour Optometry. I received drops that dilated my pupils for extra check up. The Dr said the drops should wear off in 4 hours. He knew I ...had social commitment s after. Well it's been 17 hours and my eyes are still dilated! I have - 8.50 prescripti on. It is very frustratin g to function with my eyes dilated. This is such an inconvenie nce. I am very unhappy and very panicked. I have never experience d this at other optometrie s. If this is a 24 hour drop vs 4 hour drop then I am angry that I was given the wrong informatio n by the Dr. Very unsatisfie d, very frustrated , very unhappy, and very deceived! See More

First time for me on clearly coming from zenni,Orde red brand name raybans, they didn't look like 200 dollar frames when they arrived(sh ipping was super fast), and both arms creaked, and the lens creak...ed on both sides, also i didn't feel the lens was as crisp as it should have been. I always order online glasses because I thought they were cheaper, I went to my local store today because i had enough of online places, to my surprise i walked out with glasses with all adds, for only $159 and I got them in 20 minutes! Also its the same prescripti on as the raybans but these lenses were WOW! instantly i felt like i had an amazing new prescripti on, everything was super crisp and sharp, compared to the new raybans which did not feel like a step up in prescripti on compared to my last glasses, and was not crisp or sharp feeling. First time ordering from clearly.ca and WOW!!
First I bought two sets of glasses one being a regular lens nd one being sunglasses both were perscripti on.....the y were amazing the both fit and feel gr...eat.
The price was more than reasonble 110.00 for both, these are plastic frames and are croc brand but who cares...ag ain they look and feel great!!!
Secondly besides the price being a great deal shipping and constructi on of the two sets of glasses was fast...I ordered them on the 29th of December and had them by today the 4th of January.
Would shop here again!!! See More

I have been a customer of Clearly for several years now. I have a very high index prescripti on and also need bifocals with ultra thin lens. All this was met at an incredible low price. Because of my p...articular needs, the plastic frames can be a challenge on the bifocals, there is no nose pad to adjust, but even so, the return was handled with grace and I was quickly helped to either find another frame to start over or just send them back - no hassle - no judgement - just great customer service. To me, being almost 70 years old, I have learned that problems can happen no matter what or where we purchase our glasses, it's the way in which the company handles them that really matters. The Clearly staff, both over the phone or in person are fabulous and that keeps me coming back. The Toronto store certainly does not have all the selection that the on-line does but I have not found that to be a problem for me or those I have referred to it. See More

What can I say? I can now see details that I have missed for years. I also look good in the economy glasses and I didn't spend a lot of money. In fact I took the 2 for 1 deal and got both pairs for $1...00 with that anti reflective coating. An another amazing fact is that I ordered on Saturday and got my first pair on Monday. I needed to return a pair of glasses that I had ordered but didn't fit well. I called to get the return sticker to send them back and had the most amazing customer service rep. She was so helpful and ...friendly. Her actions went above and beyond, even sending me an email so that I could deal with her again when I placed the order for my exchange glasses.
Then today I received a box from her containing an activity pad for my kids, a box of mike and Ikes, a Tim Hortons gift card AND a very touching card.

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses through the website a little over a week ago and I am beyond impressed. First of all I have experience working for optometris ts and I know what a good quality lens looks... like, and when I put my glasses on I could see no difference from my expensive high quality rayban to what I ordered. Not to mention it was 80% cheaper and I received both pairs in less than a week. Great job guys! I highly recommend and I will be purchasing from you again!! See More

Just received my first order of glasses and the prescripti on was wrong. I ordered one pair of glasses for distance and one pair for reading. Both frames came with the reading prescripti on. I now have... to go to the post office to return the one pair while they send me out the correct prescripti on. What an inconvenie nce for a $50 pair of glasses. I have to make another trip and lengthly phone call just to get the correct glasses. In my opinion they should just send out another pair with the correct prescripti on and let me keep the other pair with my reading prescripti on. Ugh See More

i called as i did not have my prescripti on handy and they had it right there. I had called and there some confusion around my payment, so I called back and got served quickly but found out i probably... would not get until the 18th. My own fault i waited till I was at the end of my supply, but I did ask if it could be any faster. She said she would check if stock was there and if so it would be quicker. Not even 24 hours later they showed up at my door!! Very happy! Excellent customer service. See More

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses (Dec.2) have checked my order history just to see the approximat e ship date and it has changed numerous times. When I ordered, the approximat e date was Dec.19 which is fine ...but now its showing Christmas Day!! Says glasses have passed the quality assurance tests and hasn't been updated since Dec. 5 but it clearly has if it's changing the shipping date! I wouldn't be so bothered if I didn't need the glasses right away but this is the first time Clearly has taken so long. I don't know if I'll be ordering with Clearly again. See More

I'm heading to Dominican on the 17th of this month for a wedding. Tuesday night past I realized i had no contacts left as I have been wearing my glasses mainly. I placed a new order online and the con...tacts were set to ship on Nov 9th. I was a bit worried they wouldn't get here in time with the long weekend so I emailed the customer service. The concept is good but it did not work for me. The fit was not quite right.
I must admit the service and delivery was first class and it was easy to return.
I would have given a 5 star for their serv...ice but I am still waiting for my money back. Hope they live up to their return policy if not it was a lesson learned. See More

I am a long time customer and recently ordered my usual contacts but what I received was ONE contact. ... I called to say what had happened. No apology. .... they are having me return the ONE contac...t before the will send me my order I already paid for! I am leaving on a trip soon and won't have contacts in time so I'm stuck wearing just my old glasses. ... really upset and won't be ordering again! I find your new site very difficult to use and follow now. I am unable to find categories of glasses like before and can no longer try glasses on image to better select the size and style. Overall ver...y difficult to use now and everyone I know has said the same. Do not understand why you made such a complete change. I’ve ordered my first glasses in 7 years online. First aviator raybans from another. website. That experience was not good. Clearly allows free returns as well as free delivery. I’ve ordered progressi...ve frameless titanium and mirrored aviators with a single distance prescripti on. I wanted transition s but they don’t work well behind a UV guarded car windscreen . Let’s see how this goes. It’s going to take two weeks from ordering which is a long time to wait. It is cheaper than going to Spec Savers by about 1/3. See More
