Coaching women around the world for almost 10 years, I recognise th...e difficulty of finding the right fitness program that doesn’t ask for too much time and energy. Many women already have so much on their plate and adding in lengthy workouts and extreme dieting can cause reverse or rebound effects on their fitness and health.

After having my own personal experience with burn out that involved extreme fatigue, hormonal issues, and uncontrollable weight gain, I felt obligated to share the tools and strategies I used to find my ENERGY, BODY and MENTAL CLARITY again.

This 8-week semi-private coaching program that begins Monday, January 29th, teaches you how to clarify your priorities and turn your health and fitness practices into a ritual that is customised as much as possible. It is by far the best solution to fat loss and fitness for the busy woman because we utilise short workouts and flexibility in a fat loss diet that achieves results while keeping your energy high and hunger low <- Important for sustainability.

Most programs try to sell you on hours for weight training, hours for cardio and hours for meal prep, which doesn’t leave time and space for anything else! They are simply selling a lifestyle that is not sustainable for us and honestly is unnecessary for results!

What these programs don’t understand is that women play multiple roles (mother, career woman, wife, etc.) and we don’t have the time and energy to live that life! We need a program that is quick, simple and most importantly gives us our energy and vitality back.

I’m so excited to open up Find Your Energy again this year to women who are looking to begin or gain experience with weight training and adaptable eating.

Whether you’re a beginner or already in the gym, you’ll receive resistance training workouts that are 40 minutes or less with video demonstrations for every exercise.

I’ll teach you how to eat for your body type and adjust it according to how your body responds while helping you establish healthy boundaries so you can successfully carry out your fitness program.

You will have three Energy Management sessions with me over the phone to troubleshoot any implementation issues with your workouts, nutrition or lifestyle.

On top of that, you’ll have access to our closed Facebook group of women who are on the same mission as you in case you ever have any questions or trouble in between calls. I’ll be there to help you every step of the way and you’ll also have the strong support from other women with similar goals!�

How much flexibility do you allow in your diet and exercise?
Many people make the mistake of getting so strict with how their workouts have to go or everything ...they should or shouldn’t eat that it becomes so much brain work!!!

I have to be at the gym to workout.
I have to eat only my prepped meals.
I have to follow my macros perfectly.
I have to train according to my program, no fun allowed.
I have to do fasted cardio.
I have to use no sauce or salad dressing.
UGH!!!😩😤🤬

When there’s so much thinking involved all the time and so much stressing because you limit your options so much, it gets exhausting keeping up with it. That’s when people start falling off with their fitness goals / plans. Half way through January, that’s probably where some of you are now.

By focusing on just the big things and not fussing about the little things, we allow ourselves room to navigate and this allows us to stay on path easier. Don’t let the little details prevent action! Pick one thing and do it!

Almost 10 years of coaching women in fitness and the top 4 body change goals I receive are:
1. Toned thighs, but not too bulky.
2. Firmer / larger / perkier but...t.
3. A flatter stomach.
4. Tighter arms.
⚠️🙅🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️Hours of cardio aren’t going to achieve those goals!!! They require a program that helps to work the right muscles, to build the right curves and with enough intensity to trim the fat. 💪🏼🍑
