October 21, 2020--Coaching Into Care has recently upgraded our call routing system and in the transition some of our callers may have not gone through or may have gone directly to our voice mail. Calls are being received normally now so if you were unsuccessful in reaching us, you might give it another try. In addition, you are encouraged to reach out to us through our email, CoachingIntoCare@va.gov, for a return call within 1 business day. You need not disclose anything other than your contact information (name, number) and that you would like to talk to a Coaching Into Care staff member about a Veteran you are concerned about.
