Call out for local groups
It’s incredible to see thousands of Mutual Aid groups springing up all over the country, with dozens more each day. However, there are still some areas of the UK where people are struggling to access local support. For this reason, we’re putting out a callout for mutual aid groups to be set up in the following target areas:
- The north of Ireland...
- Dumfries & Galloway
- Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man
- Muswell Hill
- Cornwall and Devon
- Lincolnshire
- Norfolk
- Cumbria
- Shropshire
- Northants
- Hampshire
- Wiltshire
- Dorset
If you or someone you know lives in any of these regions and isn’t currently in a mutual aid group, but might be interested in setting one up, please share this post to them and encourage them to email us at covidmutualaiduk@gmail.com with subject line RURAL CALL-OUT, and their name, location, and phone number, and we will pair them up with a local group admin to support them in setting up a mutual aid group in their areas.
