I lived here for 3 years and really liked it. The people are nice, the location is good, the rent is reasonable, and I always felt safe.

Third world standards -- bugs, dirty shared laundry situation, brown water, terrible plumbing from 1950, my car was broken into, notes on the door monthly regarding theft burglary or indecency, neighbor door dinged the hell out of my car, etc.
