Moves And Grooves--Maha & Dance Company are back in 2018 with force and feeling

Maha & Dance Company performed at the Scottish Rite Temple in Long Beach Saturday for a performance of Moves And Grooves for one evening only-and it was to a (very enthusiastic) house. The heart -in-mouth moments came right at the start.
All the dance routines moves were both fluid, exciting and violently precise at the same time. The performances were a mixture of Diversity.

The style was free, as if improvisations had gradually obtained solid form and all the body expression is genuine. These dancers have the enthusiasm and the pioneering spirit which characterizes the best part of the modern dance movement in Long Beach.

Judging by the standing ovation, perhaps they shouldn’t leave it quite so long until their next visit or performance.
